Beautiful hotel in the perfect location! The area is full of authentic restaurants and Gaudì architecture, and it is a 10 minute walk to Sagrada Familia. The hotel itself is modern and fairly spacious for Barcelona. The facilities are good — I really enjoyed my spa treatment and the live music at the hotel bar. Highly recommend!

Really great I have to say. The property is very new,bright and clean. The best thing is that every facility is big which makes us feel very comfortable and also let the room look wider than 22m2. Additionally the location is brilliant just beside the cathedral with a wonderful view. Final but not least, the stuffs are very good at English which is enough to communicate. besides their attitude is so nice and always responsible to help us solve the problems. I feel really grateful about that. If I come to Barcelona again I would choose this hotel again.

Everything. This is an exceptional hotel. We stayed in a junior suite and enjoyed the extra room and the sunny outlook with floor to ceiling windows onto the street. The room was quiet and wonderfully comfortable but what made our stay so special was the staff. Every person we encountered throughout our long stay was friendly, charming and bilingual. There was nothing asked that was too much trouble and we felt remarkably at home and welcomed. Our breakfast was included and we enjoyed the variety and excellent quality of the food. We ate dinner in the very pretty restaurant once and found the Burrata salad to be the absolute star of the menu. Delicious! There is a bar/restaurant and pool on the top floor which has a very good view of the city, including the Sagrada Familia. The bar food is similar to that of the restaurant on the ground floor. They also serve churros and hot chocolate that are excellent. The hotel is only a block from La Pedrera and the designer shopping district but also walkable to the Mediterranean, the Gothic quarter and many wonderful cafes, most particularly “Dora”, just across the street. We will definitely stay at The One again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The staff were excellent ,the reason I decided on it as was near to airport by car as Barcelona is a nightmare for uk drivers first time in Barcelona .if I’d got the car I’d asked for as my partner would also have been able to drive , but she would not drive that car we asked for small car that’s what we ended up with as their computers were down when arrived had to wait for couple hours just to get the car. Still enjoyed time there but would not hire a car there again , a scooter yes

Unfortunately, the photos were deceiving as the hotel was more of a hostel. The room was okay in size but the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The linen was old and tatty, there were no amenities such as a simple hairdryer (I visited mid-December and had to air-dry my hair), the towels were of such low quality they did not dry, and finally, the walls of the room were so thin, while I was in bed I could head the staff in the corridor discussing having to wait longer to clean until I left- I rightfully stayed there until check-out time at 12. When you leave the hotel, you have to leave the keys at reception; honestly, id rather skip the interaction. And finally, the lift was not working, thankfully I was only on the first floor... The one positive was the shower pressure, 10/10.

Part of the Barcelona metropolitan area, within easy reach of public transport, it's close to the interesting Walden 7 building in Sant Just Desvern, as well as Collserolla Park, which offers stunning views of Barcelona, Montserrat, and the (Pre-)Pyrenees.

I stayed for just one night.

I stayed for just one night. The apartment is fully equipped and, although not brand new, everything was clean and consistent with the photos. The welcome was super warm and they were very accommodating with late check-in (I arrived at midnight) for an extra €10. The location is convenient, near the metro station, a 10-minute walk away.

Hotel located in an area with a lot of traffic but with nearby streets with low-rise houses, a pedestrian area and the l'Avenç Cultural Center. In fact, we only visited the area around the hotel, as the activities booked were in Barcelona and the tram, 5 minutes from the accommodation.

Pleasant neighborhood, with good transportation.

Pleasant neighborhood, with good transportation. This is no longer the tourist center. There are several cafes and restaurants on the small pedestrian street. We mainly met families with small children and elderly people, who were very nice, calm and attentive. I felt safe and at home in this neighborhood.

The hotel is in a great location, close to all transit, restaurants and taxi's. The hotel was very clean, and modern and overall very nice. The breakfast was (ok). It was European continential style. I was happy to see fruits. So it was good to have this option included. Overall, if you are staying in the city a few days, this is great value for the money
