Right on the Camino! Room was very clean! well maintained. Bed was very very comfortable, I slept for 12 hours after a long day of walking. Bathroom was clean. Laundry and dryer available. The host was amazing!! She did everything. She doesnt speak English but has managed to master the traslating app to communicate. Dinner was superb!! It was a Galician feast!! What a warm welcome to my first meal and night in Galicia!

We were a group of 6 people doing the Camino from France to Santiago (5 by bike and 1 with a support car), and our stay was excellent! There was a safe place for our bikes, easy parking, and we were very well received. Clean and comfortable rooms, and a great location. Too bad we couldn’t stay longer. We highly recommend it to everyone on the Camino – whether by bike or on foot – after many rides and walks, it was just perfect! The host is an exceptional person, very friendly!

Excellent place to stay, right on the camino. Staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Room is large and gorgeous - bathroom is stunning. The common area has a beautiful kitchen with coffee available. This is separate from the large albergue next door, but you can use their facilities too.

Lovely hosts that really care about their guests. They offer breakfast and a laundry service. I enjoyed staying in my spotless room with a comfy bed. I can warmly recommend this pension in the former school. It’s right on the Camino and has an excellent restaurant a few steps away that served the best meal I have eaten on the Camino! Thank you for everything!

A great place to stop on the Camino. Very convenient to have both a private room and a bar where we ate and had drinks. The casa is also a working farm so enjoyed watching the resident dog round up the cows in the evening. Would stay here again.

This gorgeous hostel has private rooms with their own...

This gorgeous hostel has private rooms with their own bathrooms and it was well worth the few extra Euros for a restful night in a calm, quiet, peaceful setting. Our room and bed were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the shower was great! The owners were friendly, warmly hospitable and we would have stayed longer if could have.

Fonfria is a stopover on the Way of St.

Fonfria is a stopover on the Way of St. James; the view is magnificent and there's nothing else around. Hikers will find everything they need: a warm welcome, cleanliness, meals, comfortable rooms, laundry facilities, etc. Worth knowing about.

The accommodation is super clean and the views are spectacular. Modesta, the hostess, is a wonderful and friendly woman who makes you feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Located directly on the Camino, the rooms are beautifully...

Located directly on the Camino, the rooms are beautifully furnished, there are tables and benches in the garden with mountain views, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The buffet is delicious and plentiful – a fantastic place to stay on the Camino.

A village of about five houses, three of which are...

A village of about five houses, three of which are accommodations on the Camino de Santiago, and in all of them you are treated very kindly. It must be highlighted that we had dinner at Casa Lucas and the hostess and her husband were very kind and the food was homemade.
