Gorgeous hotel slightly out of the centre of town but still very convenient. Superbly decorated as I have come to expect from the historic Paradors. Beautiful bedroom, bathroom with a bath, much appreciated after a long days walk, and the best towels I have come across on the Camino so far! it’s the little things that make the difference between a good hotel and a great hotel. Good breakfast too.

Very good stay for the Camino, we Camino as a group and the apartment was super spacious and comfortable. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it’s super furnished with attention to details, there isn’t a thing you may need the owner didn’t thought of. Everything was affected by the celebration on the day of our visit. Unfortunately the supermarket was closed - however we found vending machines on Main Street for water. The best was live music on arrival to Grañón. And a great meal in Peruvian cafe .

Large and spacious apartment, suitable for a family except for the smell of tobacco. We were traveling with three small children and it wasn't ideal. Improvements in cleanliness and overall maintenance would be welcome. A good place if you want peace and quiet at an affordable price. The host was generous with the price.

It's a small village with few amenities, but Santo Domingo...

It's a small village with few amenities, but Santo Domingo de la Calzada is right next door. The bakery makes excellent pastries and is open in the afternoon. There are many pilgrims, and the church is beautiful with a priest who leads a lively mass. The chapel is lovely, and the restaurant is very good.

It's a small but very pleasant village.

It's a small but very pleasant village. Peaceful and charming. The Peruvian restaurant there is fantastic; we had dinner there and it was a wonderful surprise. The bakery is simply spectacular. And it's open until 10 pm. The cakes, pastries, and bread are all amazing. The lady who runs the guesthouse was very kind and took great care of us.

Please don't mention that it has a swimming pool.

Please don't mention that it has a swimming pool. It doesn't. It's the municipal pool, and it's far away. The breakfast was a joke. They didn't toast the bread because they said it was local bread and didn't need it. Overall, we felt they were cutting corners in every aspect. We mentioned that the shower was clogged, and they already knew that.

We had a lovely stay in Grañon. The room was large, very conformable, and had a lovely atmosphere. We were able to make supper and sit in the little coutyard - very special. The owner was extremely helpful after we left some itens in the room. I would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel with modern and spotless finishing, while retaining the building's historical charm. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Grañón is lovely village on the Camino route and it has a wonderful cathedral. Highly recommended!

After walking over 30km in the day, any accommodation will do. As far as Granon being a small town, this accommodation was reasonably central. The check in process was simple and the bed and bathroom were VERY basic and budget friendly.
