This is by far the best hotel we've been so far, and we are coming back a second year in a row, we will almost surely repeat the next one again (if this planet still exists then). We do recommend the months with more moderate temperatures where both the staff and the people are more relaxed, and not as beaten by the heat. The small gulf is so serene, and they did something from last year till now, because now the boats are no longer smelling of oil and fuels, and the water is really clear with lots of small passages of fish to look at. We've been in the quiet part of the hotel (that is not facing the pool) and we were actually in the same room we've been accommodated in last year (we've asked, and they just delivered!) The staff feels like a bigger family, many of the people we've seen last year remember my wife was pregnant, and were so happy to see that we are now three this year. We will surely be missing the phenomenal breakfasts, the v60 coffee and the piano nights in the lobby bar. Till next year.

Nice, quiet upmarket area.

Nice, quiet upmarket area. A good selection of Restaurants and well serviced by the number 4 bus which travels to Palma. The area would be more suited to families and couples but not for people looking for a vibrant night life or on a budget. Also some lovely small beaches and coves to explore.

Excellent location for going to Palma and visiting other beaches. Plenty of good restaurants in the area and public transport very efficient. Illetas Beach is worth a visit, sandy beach with beautiful clear water.

Illestas is a good location. It’s quiet and very pretty.

Illestas is a good location. It’s quiet and very pretty. There are a few restaurants around although they are expensive but you can hop on a bus along to Cala Major or even straight into the heart of Palma for a better range of food and prices. I really liked it for a family holiday. Thee are lots of lovely little coves with pretty beaches and they have fab beach bars and restaurants.

Clean, tidy hotel. Good Reception staff. Our superior room was a good size with a balcony. Comfy bed. Good wifi everywhere. Excellent selection at the breakfast buffet. Slightly odd arrangement of the washbasin/sink above the mini-fridge. Nice looking pool, though we were too early in the season to be tempted by it. The whole place felt calm and well-managed. Buses to Palma city centre from right outside the hotel (€2 pp) A couple of restaurants withn a few minutes walk. Convenience store next door and other small shops and a pharmacy just a few minutes walk away. Really nothing not to like about this hotel.

Good secluded beach with nice restaurants surrounding it however if you want a sunbed, you need to book in advance otherwise you have to lie on the VERY crowded beach area And find a space is near the Difficult. Don’t waste money picking into Puro beach because it doesn’t really offer anything other than a sunbed & lunch table, which you can book independently.

Illetas is a picturesque little beach town.

Illetas is a picturesque little beach town. The hotel is situated on the rocky cliffs and the views are unbeatable. We walked down the hill to do some souvenir shopping and get ice cream. I would definitely return and stay longer next time.

The hotel was very nice with a good location. There is a bus that goes to Palma right outside of the hotel. The rooms were very spacious and clean. We had a beautiful view of the city and the sea. The staff was very friendly and the hotel had great amenities with two pools, two tennis courts and a mini golf course.

Location, staff very pleasant and helpful, wellness centre and spa, excellent buffet breakfast and dinner, nice pool area, great views across the bay. 4 different areas for bedrooms, ours across the road in refurbished block. Near Palma, free buses stopped outside hotel, easy to order a taxi

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Amazing breakfast. The beds were super comfortable. Very fast wifi, even at the pool. Everything was clean. The pool was great and there is even a small private beach area, which was super. Only 1 minute walk to the bus stop to Palma.
