The villa is situated away from the main tourist area which we prefer, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and toiletries etc are provided enabling you to pack lighter. The pool is lovely and cleaned regulary. Keyla is a great host with nothing being too much trouble. A car is essential as there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance. We stayed for three weeks and had a great time.

A wonderful family hotel! The rooms were very clean, with daily housekeeping. The food was absolutely delicious — everything, from the ingredients to the baked goods, was always fresh and tasty. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The heated pool was perfect, even on cooler days, making swimming enjoyable no matter the weather. There were fun entertainment shows every day at the pool and in the restaurant in the evenings — we were never bored! The staff were very professional and efficient. The service in the restaurant was especially impressive — the waiters worked incredibly fast and managed to be everywhere at once. Everything ran like clockwork. The hotel is located a bit away from the city, so if you want to stroll along the promenade, it’s about a 20–30 minute walk. However, taxis in the city are very cheap — around €7 from the promenade to the hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and the bed linens were soft and pleasant to sleep in. Unfortunately, the hotel has poor sound insulation. We often heard sirens from ambulances or police cars on the nearby road, as well as the noise of passing traffic. It’s possible our villa was too close to the road, and other accommodations might be better in terms of soundproofing. You can also hear everything from the neighboring rooms — even people snoring! That said, it didn’t ruin our experience. We still thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back again. We highly recommend this hotel for families with children!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. While I went for a 10 day hike, I left part of my luggage with them, so no need to hassle with finding a locker in a city in the area. The hotel is close to the airport and other cities, making it a great location to venture Tenerife. Public transportation is also good from and to Buzanada.

I liked so much this hotel, good reception staff, they also speak English, nice, comfortable, clean, large room with balcony, comfortable beds, bathroom in the room is also large and clean, very good meals with enough variated food from my point of view; ocean view from the balcony was also nice; even though there are no sand beaches in the surrounding of the hotel, it's nice to see volcanic stone chunks on the shore and blue water; I also appreciate the correctness of staff because I arrived in the evening at the hotel, therefore, I missed the lunch on the arrival day, but the staff told me no problem, you can take the lunch on the check out day instead. I felt very well during my accommodation time unlike in the past when I was accommodated to other locations, so, doubtlessly, I will come back :)

Nice all inclusive resorts with fun animation and nice pools. - Animation team was doing well. Rooms were nice also and we received some presents for our birthday. Would recommand to families and people who like food in hotel. Restaurants were good.
