Beautiful peaceful location, comfortable rooms and well equipped kitchen and living area. The host was very friendly and helpful. It has a lovely outdoor area with a garden and barbecue. Easy to park and there's a bakery and shop nearby. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway to the countryside with family.

The hotel is in a remote location high in the mountains overlooking a large lake. Large, well equipped room with a balcony that gave you a fantastic view over the surrounding mountains. The restaurant delivered excellent dinners and the biggest breakfast buffet we had ever seen. Excellent walking country. Really enjoyed our first stay in a Parador.

It is a youth hostel and not a hotel.

It is a youth hostel and not a hotel. Room is tiny, bathroom is minuscule with a tiny shower ( you can't bend down without hitting the walls.) It was very loud, you can hear the other rooms and bar at night. No ac or adequate ventilation, smells of mold in hallway. Lock was broken, breakfast was terrible. I am not sure why anyone rates it so high. It was a dump.

A small and beautiful town.

A small and beautiful town. You have free parking all over the street very close to the accommodation. The accommodation was a success and the town of L'Esquirol is in a perfect location for going to Vic, Rupit, Tavertet....and other towns and places around and for starting hiking routes. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful time. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet. Everything was very clean and well-equipped. Dolors was very kind throughout our stay, and we greatly appreciated that she let us leave after lunch without any extra charge. I highly recommend it, and we will definitely return.

100% recommended for families if what you are looking for is...

100% recommended for families if what you are looking for is tranquility and good attention, with the basic amenities to be comfortable, including wifi. A wonderful environment for walking, food shops and a bakery 100m away. Typical bar, the usual ones, next door. It has everything!

The views are incredible, we ate at the owner's bar right below and she also recommended other places; she was very attentive and friendly, easy parking and easy to get to the accommodation and also easy to get around in the town.

It is a small town that gives access to all of Collsacabra.

It is a small town that gives access to all of Collsacabra. You can go on foot excursions along very easy routes or get to well-known towns such as Tavertet or Rupit by car. We only ate at the Hostal. It was very comfortable and we liked it. The excursion to La Foradada is recommended at this time without too much water but the route is very beautiful.
