Everything was perfect, the description includes everything you need in a fully furnished apartment. It was like being at home. Julio was flexible with our arrival as we arrived earlier than planned. He explained everything in detail and showed us how the equipment works. He gave us a welcome drink of 1 bottle of champagne, 1 carton of water, chocolates and coffee capsules for breakfast. Each room in the house is equipped with a separate air conditioning unit with refrigerator and heater. There is a private parking lot about 20 meters from the apartment. It is ideal for families to relax in a quiet and peaceful environment.

Fantastic location near everything and the beach. Immaculate presentation of the hotel and rooms. Loved the rooftop area and the quirkiness of the hotel. We were travelling by bicycles and they were very accommodating. Loved our stay here.

This is a really nice characterful townhouse, tastefully and traditionally decorated with a lovely vibe. There's a great choice of outside space, including 3 decent sized balconies and a big roof terrace. The roof terrace has a gorgeous sea view. The house is really well equipt and suitable for longer stays. The location is a very short walk from playa Alamillo. There are a good selection of local restaurants, or Puerto de Mazarrón is an easy walk.

I stayed here by myself and had a wonderful time. The apartment is spacious, bright, and very clean. I was impressed by the kitchen equipment, which included an air fryer and a mixer. Working remotely for two days was no problem at all as the Wi-Fi was very stable. The communication was excellent: the owners even waited until midnight to welcome me personally for the check-in. They also provided a great guide with local recommendations for restaurants and activities. A peaceful oasis close to the beach – I’d love to come back!
