I have never stayed in a 2 star hotel....but this one is better than many 4 star. Excelle nt price value. Super clean. Very nice staff especially Isabel. Excellent air conditioning and pool. Breakfast was also better than expected. So happy we chose this hotel. And we will be recommending Hotel Jardin and beautiful Oropesa del Mar!

Our stay was fantastic, we were a family of 5 . The hotel facilities were amazing we had lots of entertainment from the pool slides, the staff were very accommodating even though the hotel was very busy they remained calm and friendly. I am very surprised to see the previous comments were bad because our experience was more than we could ask for, but I suppose people only comment when things are bad and not when things are go which is unfortunate for business. I will definitely be returning with my family and have already recommended it to friends . Thank you for the hospitality:)

This hotel is amazing, definitely child friendly, in which kids enter the gamers era and enjoy quality time with the family. Rooms are thematic, clean as a whistle, and appropriate. With just a few steps away, there is a magnificent water park with slides fitting every age. The succulent mouth-watering food is to die for with a diverse variety of abundant delicacies and main courses everyday. The team is superb and welcoming 👏 Not to leave out the parades, evening shows and activities to keep the kids entertained! This hotel was an absolute surprise in a very good way! Complimentary dinner at arrival (as a first time visitor) was a nice touch, but when we saw the dinner itself, we were stunned; a level of abundance, variety and sophistication was stunning. Breakfast was epic too. The room: bathroom itself was bigger than our whole room in previous hotel, discrete and beautiful decorations, bluetooth speakers in bathroom, illuminated closet, elaborate shower set with shampoo and conditioner on one side, shower gel on the other, enormous comfy bed, balcony with the view etc. Simply perfect.

The hotel was closed so we were moved to a different one in the group. Checking was chaos because of this although the staff were lovely. The room was big but you had to queue to get into dinner in a tiny space. Food was good.
