The pictures don’t do justice for this beautiful apartment. It is situated close to the beach in a very picturesque village. The owners are very friendly and they offered us a great welcome present. We were very happy to spend the New Years Eve in this beautiful place. We love simple life and this apartment gave it to us because of the amazing people in the community. There is one shoo in the village, which is 1 min away from the apartment… one bar, one park. Just beautiful!

Great apartment for the money. Quiet, we were comfortable spending a few days here. No problems with parking. The village has a nice walking area along the ocean. Internet was not always fast, but it was sufficient for remote work. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking.

Privacy was a plus; however, the house needs a lot of...

Privacy was a plus; however, the house needs a lot of maintenance, electrical failures since day one, not running water for one day, no karaoke as it was advertised, pool table needs to be fixed, etc. Also the management team of this property is very difficult to locate and when you finally manage to do it they don't fix the problems the house has.

We stayed in San Miguel de Tajao.

We stayed in San Miguel de Tajao. The house is listed as La Jaca where little, other than housing exists. San Miguel de Tajao has a small harbour for fishing boats and because it was very quiet, we did swim here. The town, perhaps more a village has perhaps 5 or 6 excellent fish restaurants which open different days in the week so you will always find somewhere open. It is very busy with local people and off the main tourist track. An excellent shop provides everything you need.

It's a quiet village, but there's absolutely nothing there...

It's a quiet village, but there's absolutely nothing there except a tiny shop (the owner is very friendly and helpful) and a small bar-restaurant that's only open in the evenings on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The traffic is complicated and absurd, and getting there with Maps was a challenge.

La Jaca is a tiny town with one small shop and a bar serving beer. There's nothing to see. Without a car, it's impossible to get there, as buses run infrequently.
