We were very happy with the apartment, very clean, well equipped and great views. A good location and easy to find. The Spar shop was handy and the 19th hole restaurant & bar was very good.

Very spacious with modern furniture. Great outlook to pool from great balcony. Quiet area too but handy for all amenities. Easy checkin with rental staff and very helpful when required. Good internet connection and TV had UK channels and access to Netflix if you have an account

The appartment is very well equiped with a kitchen with all you need, with a very clean and useful bathroom whose shower is very comfortable, and all furnitures are nice. The terrace is where we spent most of our time and it is facing the east which is very good since it is sunny only in the morning (nice in a country like Spain). The swimming pool is worthy like in a 5 stars resort. We will surely book next year for a longer stay.

The apartment was gorgeous. When you closed the front door it was if you were in your own little paradise. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed for a self catering week as the host had remembered every utensil. The showers in the bathroom were lovely and there was always hot water. The tv is huge with quite a few English stations and Netflix. You can sit out on the covered terrace even if it's raining and look out onto a smaller enclosed terrace with a hot tub. Beyond the gate only a few feet away are two beautifully kept swimming pools. It really was idealic for that restful holiday that my friend and I so needed. There is a well stocked supermarket about 10minutes walk away and a couple of restaurants and bars on the square. Will definitely be going back.

Nothing to dislike, everything superb, great hosts nothing...

Nothing to dislike, everything superb, great hosts nothing too much trouble, apartment had everything you needed for an enjoyable stay, including a welcome pack of food basics and also a bottle of wine. All condiments in the cupboards and also tea sugar and coffee. Quiet area but only 10 minutes from the nearest village of Balsicas and there are other villages close by including Torre Pacheco and Rolden, where there are bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Within 20 minutes you are in the coastal resort of Los Alcazares. Beautiful property with plenty of outside space for relaxing and dining, and the large pool was amazing, I didn't want to go home and I would go back in a heartbeat. Lots of places to eat particularly in Los Alcazares as they have a "strip" which is an area where there are numerous restaurants to suit every culinary taste, Roldan also have many restaurants to try.
