From checking in to checking out was great, I was a bit worried as I have very little Spanish but the guy on the desk was really helpful and spoke a little English, the room was basic but very clean and tidy, we decided to stay an extra day and there was no problem we actually got the same room back. Would definitely stay and recommend it to my friends and family.

Staff is very friendly. We could check in a bit earlier as our room was already available. We were able to use the microwave in the dining area during the day to heat up some food we bought. Cartagena shopping center is close.

For a budget B&B hotel this is much more than we expected. Friendly and helpfull staff, great location, parking in the neibourhood (free on Sundays!), big, spacy room, very good bed. Surprisingly good breakfast with sliced tomatoes. Next day we slept in 4 stars hotel and there was no vegetables for breakfast

Hello I would like to say few words about our stay in Sercotel hotel. We loved our stay in this place, the welcome from receptionist was very friendly and professional. All staff in reception as Ainhoa, Andres, Jose and Ruben were very helpful with all of our requests, all the time kind and smiley. Room was cosy, great job of housekeepers, who made room nice and clean every day. Breakfast was exceptional, a huge sort of fresh food. Hotel doesn't have carpark but outside was plenty of space for free parking. If we will go to Cartagena again, for sure we'll choose this hotel. It made our our holiday absolutely great 😃

Mining parc was closed unfortunately.

Mining parc was closed unfortunately. Great beaches nearby in Portman to the south (be careful though, could not be perfectly safe due to mining waste) and La Mange to the east. The city itself is quite small and not too remarkable, but calm and peaceful.

The hotel is from the 70s so external and internal reflected this. I paid 30 Euros for a single room was acceptable.. Room well cooled with AC and with shutters and double windows kept room well insulated from outside heat, Slept well, even though at ground floor and road side of hotel due to double windows, Large Fridge in room with ice compartment was great,

Lovely quiet hotel. Spotlessly clean, efficient aircon and comfortable bed. 10 minute walk to the tram station. Lovely tram ride into Cartagena. Also, managed to park our car, right outside the hotel. Lovely breakfast. Will definitely return to this hotel. Fantastic value for money

I had a nice quiet room. Bed was comfy, the room clean. En suite bathroom with bathtub. Staff was friendly. La Union is not the prettiest place to stay but it's close to Cordoba and a good alternative for a short stay if you want to visit the city. Excellent value for money!

Very Good for a basic 'Workers' hotel, price inc breakfast was good. Room size was good & shower was excellent. A huge Mercado nearby within walking distance,also a few bars & restaurants.

air conditioning was next to bed which was perfect due to heat outside. Large fridge in room with freezer part, so food, ice and drink kept well cooled. Parking in front and side of hotel.
