Everything was perfect. Spacious very quiet room with very comfortable huge bed. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Restaurant food excellent (and good value) restaurant manager was knowledgeable and outstanding.. thank you. Garage parking good.

The room was large and, unusually, it was possible to open the window to let fresh air in. It was very clean, it's a short walk into the centre, and Jaen is a great city to absorb yourself into.

What a beautiful entrance! The room was spacious but without tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel has a cafe so that wasn’t too much of a problem.

This 4-star hotel is located at the entrance of Jaén, perfectly located by the Bailen-Motril Motorway.

On top of the Santa Catalina hill, this 18th-century castle has been beautifully renovated keeping its huge stone walls and many historical features to make for an authentic stay in Jaén.

An excellent location, the roof terrace with a glass of wine was a perfect end to our evening. The staff were excellent and the parking was right opposite the hotel and good value. Will def book again

Even though we were significantly delayed due to a flight delay and traffic, Luis and Vanesa were incredibly accommodating, meeting us at the property to hand over the keys. They were exceptionally kind, some of the kindest people I've ever met. Despite the language barrier, we communicated effectively through Google Translate, which worked seamlessly. A thoughtful basket of local snacks and beers welcomed us, and Luis went above and beyond, dedicating extra time to help us secure an appropriate and safe parking spot for our van. We felt truly pampered!
