This is a very nice and well located hotel on the Plaza de San Diego in the center of Alcala de Henares. The hotel shares the Plaza de San Diego with the University of Alcalá, formerly the Universidad Complutense. First of all, the staff at the hotel, reception, cafeteria and housekeeping are very helpful and friendly and have been with us throughout our stay. The food at the restaurant is excellent. The tables in the restaurant, some of them outside, allowed us to enjoy the historic beauty of the Plaza de San Diego in the shade of the hotel building on hot summer afternoons while sipping a refreshing summer red wine. The central location of the hotel, in the pedestrian area of the city, allowed us to explore this World Heritage City in a peaceful atmosphere. Finally, the price is very reasonable compared to the historical richness of the place.

Nice big room with huge bathroom (2 sink one shower and also had bath.) the bed was confy and clean as well as the room. has toothbrush tissues and coomb as well as minibar in the room they dont charge for room service if you order food.has great air con system. very friendy stuff.

Everything is amazing with this little cozy hotel smells so good in this hotel and is very clean.The staff is so nice and helpful. The restaurant staff is always friendly and makes great coffee… everything is nearby just love this place Have been there 4 times with my family. It’s a good price

Terrible small town, with nothing there, I mean nothing!

Terrible small town, with nothing there, I mean nothing! A commuter town for Madrid, but really one (very male) tawdry bar was all that was open. Thank heavens for El Pontifical - the only place worth visiting in this town - great food, hospitality and rooms.
