Working town - agricultural and furniture making - yet very relaxed and friendly. Easy to visit Caceres - and still enjoy the wildlife and natural environment of Los Barruecos and small town ambience. Loved Plaza with its canopy of umbrellas. Museum about the droving of huge herds of sheep between pastures is fascinating - though all captions in Spanish. Important museum/gallery in Los Barruecos.

The architecture of the historical house (with more than one century) and the history of the Malpartida de Cáceres, told by the sympathetic Paco!
The bed was very comfortable and the room is very spacious.
The breakfast was good and more then enough.

Great air condition. small terrasse with a sunset view, in my case. Easy parking and hotel is easy to find. There is also a pool. I t was busy.
