Very nice room. Stylish and spotlessly clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was closed on the evening we stayed (Sunday) so can’t comment on the food. Breakfast was very nice though.

Mengibar offers little in terms of bars or restaurants, with the exception of local cafes, there wasn't anywhere to get a good quality meal in an attractive setting. Unfortunately, Mengibar isn't a particularly attractive town with no points of interest.

Not much to see or do in the town but it is quite Small and...

Not much to see or do in the town but it is quite Small and conveniently located close to several other places of interest eg: Jaen, Baeza, Úbeda. The prettiest place in Mengibar is the main town square where this beautiful hotel was located. Also s good stop over place between Malaga/Granada and Madrid. Y The hotel has a good restaurant serving mostly local and Spanish dishes.

A lovely little hotel in a village with strong olive oil production roots. The rooms are nice, it's quiet, with a good restaurant and a decent, affordable spa. You have to have breakfast at the village churro shop; they have delicious hot chocolate and spectacular churros.

Spectacular and with medieval charm, the beds were very comfortable, all rooms had a minibar, which was a welcome touch, the bathrooms were large, and there was a spa that invited you to relax after a hot day. We stayed with family and friends and it couldn't have been better.

A pretty village located just over 20 kilometers from Jaén.

A pretty village located just over 20 kilometers from Jaén. Extremely hot in summer. Three or four points of interest, most of them near the main square. The village has four electric vehicle charging stations on the avenue where the bus station is located.

The hotel is very well located and beautiful both inside and out. There's a small outdoor parking area (about 8-10 spaces) near the reception; when we arrived it was full (it was a Saturday) due to a christening and a birthday party. There's also an indoor parking lot for which there's a €11 daily charge. There's plenty of parking available outside, and there are no parking meters.

It's a beautiful hotel which has an old world charm yet has thoroughly modern facilities. The courtyard areas are peaceful shaded havens which I appreciated and the room was clean and comfortable. All the staff were polite and attentive. I would definitely return if the opportunity occurs.

Beautiful hotel. Great value for money and well situated as a base to visit Baeza, Úbeda and Jaén . We returned here for the 2nd time after 8 years. Still good.
