We stayed here for a couple of nights and the owners Anna and Joseph were fantastic - very friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home in their house. The breakfasts and home cooked dinner were delicious. The rooms were very comfortable and the pool and garden is very nice. Our hosts couldn't do enough for us, even taking one of us to the hospital the morning of check-out! We had a wonderful time.

A very comfortable stay in a beautiful building, within driving distance of Bilbao. We stayed in the quadruple and double room- both were very large, the quadruple with a great view of the mountains, and the double with a cute patio. The hotel is very pet friendly- with a dog bed and bowl provided in the room, and the bar (where delicious meals are served) allows pets. A special shout out to the staff- who were super friendly and very accommodating!

Hospitality was wonderful. we couldn’t speak the same language but they made us feel very welcome, went out of their way, were somehow able to understood each other. The food & beverages were well priced and good portions. Located in the centre of town we were able to see most on foot. No problem parking car behind hotel. Not forgetting it is a hotel so it was quiet basic, bit of noise but it was pleasant atmosphere

Excellent facilities, friendly host family, hotel services (they made up my room while I was out). If traveling by car this is a good home base to explore the southern portion of Basque County since everything is about a 1-1.5 hours away. I would have extended my stay here if my vacation wasn't over already.

We came back to this hotel to celebrate my birthday, and everything was just as wonderful as always. There are lovely horses nearby and a charming countryside atmosphere that makes the place feel really special.
