The apartment was light, spacious, well equipped and quiet. We loved having private patios and en suite bathrooms. The beds were very nice and we slept well. The private parking was a real bonus. We were able to make a beautiful Apero and dinner each night. Super location and charming city. It has been our favorite place since we have begun our 3 week road trip. I highly recommend this apartment!

It's a town with a worthwhile historic center and is very close to the Sierra de Hornachuelos mountain range, where you can enjoy many hiking trails. The town of Hornachuelos is also worth a visit. Both Palma del Río and Hornachuelos offer excellent cuisine.

As I've already mentioned, everything was perfect.

As I've already mentioned, everything was perfect. The kindness of Carmen, Rocío, Juan, and everyone else is amazing. The place is impeccably maintained, and the little details, like the snacks in the cloister, are perfect. It's truly a 10 out of 10 experience.

Beautiful surroundings.

Beautiful surroundings. The fairgrounds with their bars create a lively local atmosphere. There were artists performing in the evenings, which was great fun. The historic center is very pretty, and there are some interesting routes to take. There's a lack of bike rental shops!

Palma del Río is my childhood home; I have very fond memories. It's true that it's not like it used to be; you don't see children playing in the neighborhood square anymore, and many customs have been lost, but I still go there with the same childhood enthusiasm.

It's not much to see, just a monumental, walled section with...

It's not much to see, just a monumental, walled section with a church, a convent, and a restored palace. Small but pleasant. The old town consists of narrow streets, with no cars (you do see the occasional one, but parking is prohibited). Everything is very clean and well-maintained.

My husband is from Palma del Río, and we often travel there to visit family. I have to say, it's a large, beautiful, and clean town. It's lovely to stroll through Andalusian towns, and this one in particular is full of orange groves, with the Guadalquivir and Genil rivers flowing by.

Good not fault it. From the room, the hot tub 2 courtyards and the roof terrace with a vey welcoming plunge pool and barbecue. The owners were excellent could not do enough. The shared kitchen had everything we needed. Breakfast too. While we were there there was only one other guest. So we all the room facilities to our. Soon. A little palace hiding in Palma Del Rio. It was very close to centre and lots of things to do and see.

It is a nice budget hotel worth its money (in our case was 68 euros per night for 2 people). They have parking but it is not on the premises and the price they charge for it too high in my opinion. It is always possible to just leave the car in the street - the town is very safe.

The ambience of the hotel, it's lush garden and terrific sized swimming pool and the high level of competant and very pleasent staff throughout the entire hotel was amazing and most importantly consistent.
