It is impossible to describe in a few words how fantastic a week we spent in this hotel. It can be classified as more than a four-star hotel! It offers more than what can be read in its modest description. They pay attention to every detail, everything is very elegant and sophisticated. The staff is very kind and helpful, they are always smiling, especially Ivan! The garden is wonderful, it gives enough shade to go to the beach. The pool is super good and also very clean. There are also sunbeds on the direct beach. Thank you very much for your extraordinary attentiveness, we were also awaited with breakfast at four o'clock in the early morning. I am sure we will return to this extraordinary hotel. The restaurant's food is very tasty and plentiful. There is a lot on offer, each night has a different theme .The hotel is located in a quiet little bay where almost only hotel guests bathe, so there are no crowds. The location itself is a very quiet neighborhood, no parties or music. The city of Palma is really close, 15 minutes by taxi, which costs 20-25 euros. The airport is 25 minutes away. I know it's hard to choose between the many hotels, but don't hesitate here, you won't be disappointed. I have been to many places in the world, but this is one of the first. Thank you!     Ideal for any length of a visit. the beach is fabulous There are loads of various bars and varied restaurants which is great for visitors with different preferances. However if you want the best it can only be the American diner We enjoyed STADIUM 63 which had great acts every night and the staff are very friendly and the new owners have continued and improved its great history. The Sunset bar and Banana Joes are also worth a visit.

    The staff were lovely, hotel clean. You had to pay for the safe in your room . We were half board , breakfast ok , evening meals were cold and under cooked even though the food was on a hot plate ! Lots of complaints about the food from other guests and like us we ended up eating out !! Holiday was not cheap

    Great beeches / plenty of cafes / very friendly bars. If you like a walk then this is the pace where you can take a half hour walk away from your base - take refreshments (!) - and enjoy the scenery. The hotels are very good and there are many many of them. Just relax and have a wonderful time. Don't forget that there are many places to visit on Palma de Mallorca and transport and tours are really well run

    It really depends what you want from your vacation.

    It really depends what you want from your vacation. I would stay again, but now I know what to expect. It doesn’t have that “local” feel, it is much more touristic. But it’s a good and affordable base to explore other areas of Mallorca. I would definitely recommend for families and also for people who enjoy night live. If you’re not too fussed by the surroundings and just want an area to sleep, but venture to other places, then this is also definitely a good area

    I having been coming to Palma Nova for 35+ years ,I've travelled the world. But Palma and its inhabitants is like my second home and would recommend it to anyone as a one off or like me Hola Como estas Hoy?

    Palma nova has 3 great beaches. The sand is olden and clean.

    Palma nova has 3 great beaches. The sand is olden and clean. The water is crystal clear and ideal for families with smaller children as the water is shallow. Around the beaches there are a great variety of bars, restaurants,shops and small supermarkets to cater for all. The main promanards of the resort is generally flat and well carered for people with walking difficulties, the back of the resort does have some small inclines. However most main hotels and apartments are acceable. A shout out to "the Scotsman", this is a restaurant that serves great food and great service. This was located on the edge of Son Matias beach. If you are looking for things to do. There are boat trip that pick up in Palma Nova.

    The staff are very helpful and friendly. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. The hotel is close to bars, shops and restaurants. The beach is only 5min walk away. The location is very good for both Palmanova and Magaluf and the bus stop is outside the hotel for travel to Palma and Santa Ponsa.

    The hotel was lovely, room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The shower was powerful. Extra pillows etc and plenty of room to hand your clothes. The pool area was really nice and the pool bar served lovely snacks until dinner time. The all inclusive was lovely with plenty of options for everyone.
