Amazing stay. The staff at this place is absolutely great. Special thanks Nina for the great service. I can only recommend this place. It is beautifully located. Right next to two beaches. The gym is better than most of the hotel gyms. The spa area serves all the needs. The room was beautiful and clean. We'll come back.

The hotel is in a very nice residential location, quite, very close to a small beach and to restaurants and bars. The facility is recently and the furniture and fittings are brand new. The bed was extremely comfortable, good new shower was good. The daily cleaning has been top-notch. Reception desk staff have been very friendly and very helpful: they helped us book a rental car at a very good price, they suggested very nice daily trips, and they allowed us to have late check out free of charge. The buffet breakfast is very rich, with very good choices of fruits, sweets and juices. The kitchen is providing any kind of fresh egg cooking options (omelets, scrambled eggs, half-boiled eggs, or pouches of eggs). The hotel has a large pool with nice sun chairs and a very well-equipped gym. The pool is in the sun all day long, and good umbrellas are available. Our room had a balcony with 2 chairs and a small table, perfect for a drink looking at the seaside. We will surely go back to this hotel, and we would surely recommend it. Thank you for the nice stay !

We had a great stay. It was actually one of the most reasonable options we found in Palma at this price. The room was clean, the beds very comfy, the neighborhood was quiet and the staff friendly. Nice esthetics and restaurant with tasty lunch options at affordable prices! We have not tried breakfasts. Overall, Nou Baleares exceeded our expectations!

    Unique in that it is more a residential area with a posh port. It sits in between your more common or garden resorts and has its own charm, centered around the harbour and port and adjoining row of shops, estate agents and bar, restaurant clubs. Bring your credit card! Portals has a little town centre too, with restaurants, a supermarket and some usual resident shops.

    Love the area especially the port and all its restaraunts. The public beach is excellent Beds are reasonable 20.50 euros for 2 beds and an umbrella Easy to get to Palma Can be a wait for taxis during high season and busy times of the day

    The village has plenty of bars and restuarants and is quite quiet in June. Its is reasonably close to Puerto Portals Marina and a pleasant walk to Son Cal and Palma Nova as there is a path the whole way.

    The marina down in Portals is beautiful and there are so many fantastic eateries to choose from. This is our second time visiting for 3 nights and we will definitely return. We stayed in the Tomir Portals Suites hotel and it's easy to walk about 10-15 mins down into the marina area. The beach is lovely too, with a nice beach bar/cafe that does food & drinks. There's a bit of work being done at the moment along the marina front, but it'll soon be finished and it'll be lovely!

    Great location to stay whether you want to stay local to...

    Great location to stay whether you want to stay local to chill or use it as a base to venture out. We rented a car for 4 days and managed to see a number of places on the island with most places only a short 20/25 minute trip away including the city of Palma if that’s your sort of thing. Area itself has a couple of very nice beaches which we went to more than we thought we would as they were so nice. We would stay again for sure and explore more of the island

    I really liked the pool area ,well laid out and it had a bar and restaurant beside it which worked really well.The rooms were very spacious and clean .The food was very good quality with plenty of choice .The staff were very friendly and helpful .Its a great location with nice beaches and walks and good choice in local restaurants and bars

    Breakfast was good, nice coffee. Close to a lovely beach a lot's of restaurants. Bus stop very close to the hotel. Easy to get on the bus to Palma, airport and other places. Beds were not very comfortable for us, a bit too soft for our liking, but others may find that ok. But the sun loungers were really comfortable and the bigger pool was a good size with nice cold water opened from 8am till 8pm.

    We’ve stayed here a many times and the standard is consistently great. Staff are all excellent and happy to help. Hotel is very clean and well kept throughout. Some nice upgrades since our last visit - rooftop bar, spa and gym area. We’ve tried other hotels in the area but Tomir is by far our favourite. Short walk to the beach, marina and portal nous village.
