This is my second camino and i'm always sleeping in private rooms as i want to avoid people snoring or going to the bathroom every 5 minutes. As you can guess that means i slept in quite a few hotels and hostels. This one, La Huella Del Camino, is one of the very very best on the whole camino! The food in the restaurant is also more than excellent, do yourself a favor and try it. The host is very friendly, a big bath tub to relax in after a day of hiking, hygiene is excellent, great bed... what else can you wish for?

The proprietor makes it clear that the hotel is old and a bit tired and that renovations are underway. It is in a beautiful place and extremely good value for money. He is absolutely charming and happy to help in anyway.

A fantastic hotel, great place to stay for pilgrims on their way to Santiago de Compostela. Very polite and helpful staff gave me a spatious, comfortable and quiet room with a good bathroom - a perfect place to rest before the next part of Camino de Santiago. Total Luxury! Room was amazing, bath was amazing, food prepared by Marcos and Patricia amazing. I was on the Camino couldn’t find a bed and walk 6km here for the night and back the next day. You may also be able to get a taxi, It was totally worth the money and the walk. Loved my stay. I was not the only pilgrim being pampered that night. Thank you.
