Spotless Hotel. The staff are lovely and always have a smile and say hello. Natalia and joel- amazing with the guests. We were half board, and the quality of food was excellent. Always a lovely choice for breakfast and dinner. I can't fault the food or drinks. The welcome, checkin, location, room, amenities , facilities, staff, food, pool, entertainment. All excellent. I wanted a five star hotel for a peaceful holiday. Lava beach delivered. Bravo to you guys. I will see you next year.

Had a great stay at Aqua Suites. It's a ten-minute walk from the beach and the Puerto del Carmen promenade. A couple of supermarkets are just 5 minutes away. Our room had a magnificent view over the pool, it was spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast has various cold options from the buffet. You can also order some delicious hot options that will be cooked on order. We also tried dinner and can only recommend it. Every day there's different tasty specials in addition to the à la carte menu. The staff is welcoming, corteous and always happy to help. We would like to extend our special thanks to David and the lovely receptionist from Ecuador (so sorry we are this bad with names and didn't catch yours!) and to Christian at the restaurant. They are clearly passionate about their job and about providing an excellent service to their customers. Highly recommended!

My stay at Las Costas Hotel was absolutely fantastic, and I left feeling 100% satisfied. The hotel is perfectly located just 25 meters from the ocean, with several exits directly leading to the beach, making it incredibly convenient for enjoying the sea at any time of day. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable; the rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day, and the common areas were always spotless. The hotel staff was exceptional—polite, attentive, and quick to respond to any request, which made my stay even more memorable. The restaurant was outstanding, offering a wonderful variety of delicious and beautifully presented dishes. Each meal was a delightful experience. The bar featured live music every evening, creating a fantastic atmosphere that brought people together, both young and old. The kids’ play area was also well-organized, allowing parents to relax while their children enjoyed themselves. Overall, I highly recommend Las Costas Hotel. They pay attention to every detail to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction. I’m already planning my return!

We've been at this hotel many times before, but this time everything was better than before, mainly because of the kind management and everebody else working at the reception and other hotel's areas. The room was ready although we arrived earlier than their regular check in time, and it had amazing sea-side view (although we booked only for a side-view room) we were allowed to have a plentiful breakfast on the arrival, and there was a fridge in the room. The dinner buffet was huge with many choices. The swimming pool was huge and clean, and they heated it all the time. What else could one wish for a great holiday? We'll be back soon, after a short break (after our island hopping to Gran Canaria).

We were upgraded by hotel, so we had a large terrace with a sea view, which I am grateful for. There were many staff working at the hotel, everyone was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was very varied, they offered everything we expected. We were able to eat outside by the pool. The location was a few meters from the beach, a pleasant walk to Puerto Carmen or Mata Gorda, there is a sidewalk or footpath along the sea all the time, so it is possible to go for a long walk or run along the coast. The bike path is also well-maintained and safe.
