Clean, spacious and bright apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. It is located in a busy but quiet area, a few minutes walk from Playa Chica or Las Rotondas shopping center. There are free public parking spaces in front of the apartment or on the side streets. The only thing we lacked was a clothing iron. Overall, we really liked it, we would definitely like to come back.

The apartment has everything you need, Lidl is a 2-minute walk away. Quiet area, parking space at the door. The host was very helpful and friendly. For us it was a successful holiday, spent the way how we like it. Thanks to Rosi and her husband.

We only had one full day in Puerto del Rosario but enjoyed...

We only had one full day in Puerto del Rosario but enjoyed exploring the old town which has several places of interest, old church, museum and windmill. The coastal walk to the south of the town has several interesting sculptures as does the town itself. We didn't have time to go swimming but the beach looked very clean and inviting!

Nice, busy, authentically Canarian town. Not a resort. There are ( apart from days when cruise ships come in ) few non-Spanish voices to be heard. A real place, which has little of the artificiality of resorts. As such, it would not appeal to everyone. Great shopping and lots of good restaurants. There is a large shopping mall with good shops in it. A bit hilly, however. The front is interesting and enjoyable to walk along. And everyone is friendly!

Puerto del Rosarios is a capital of Fuerteventura and isn't...

Puerto del Rosarios is a capital of Fuerteventura and isn't a typical touristic place. At 20-00 are almost no people on the street. Not so many restaurants and cafes to eat. If yon need more touristic infrastructure and entertainment you need to go to Corralejo or Caleta de Fusto.

It is quiet and traditional.

It is quiet and traditional. There are some beautiful buildings and a lot of sculptures and murals. It is a bit run-down - a lot of bars and shops near the sea front are closed. It seems to suffer from a lack of tourism because of the popularity of modern resorts on Fuerteventura.

I did a lot of research and the best value for money car...

I did a lot of research and the best value for money car hire, and I used them for a month, was Autoreisen at the airport. I went for a cycling holiday, but not too strenuous, and there are a good few miles of relatively flat tracks along the sea front, either side of and through, puerto del rosario. I was a little unlucky with quite high winds, a bit out of character for February/March. Aldi, Lidl and the large chain Spanish supermarkets available in easy car distance. I don't know why but the locals and visitors are much more friendly on Fuerteventura than they were on Lanzarote when i went there for a month last year.

This is a real town for locals not primarily tourists , there less restaurants than more tourist places and they are dotted about the town. It’s got a port and harbour as well as a small beach and a massive shopping centre . Generally the place looks like it’s undergone some improvements, paving, buildings etc , away from the port area there are new , old and abandoned areas all in various stages but I always felt safe. There doesn’t seem to be much nightlife unless we just didn’t find it, even at weekends. We were lucky to be there for the carnival so that was interesting. It’s ideally located to tour the island as we did in our 2 weeks stay.

The apartment was very big and beautiful. The location is in the center so you can walk everywhere! But mostly we would like to compliment the owner, Juan. He recommended us some bars and restaurants. We also asked him if we could check-out later and this was no issue for him. He also tried to speak a little bit in our language:) Would definitely recommend if you are staying in Puerto del Rosario!

Comfy, spacious apartment, in central location in Puerto del Rosario. Eva is a great host, she responded super quickly to all of our questions and approached us proactively with lots of info. We were welcomed with bottles of water and sweets, which we very much appreciated.

Stayed March 2023. It was in a Central Location, 10 minutes walk from the Bus Station. Close to beach. The Hotel is not hard to find, as it is a blue building. Very convenient to everything. Staff very helpful .
