The flat was wonderful and cozy, and we had everything we needed. Our sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. The location is absolutely amazing! At night we would relax on the rooftop terrace and look at the brilliant night sky, while listening to the ocean. Javi was really wonderful, as well! We had loads of questions, which were generously answered, and we always felt safe and cozy. The flat is also just a couple of minutes walk away from the beach, the best cafe in town, all the best restaurants and a really brilliant lookout point, where we would enjoy watching the sunset! It was literally 10m from our front door!

We liked: - the partial sea view from the apartment—you can see the sea and waves pounding on a cliff. - the cleanliness of the place. - the overall quietness, as there were no other residents in the building (due to the town closure). There is a bakery downstairs, which was still closed, but it might be a bit noisy once it reopens. - well equipped kitchen, washmachine, iron, coffee maker etc. - good parking around (a big spot in front of the house, which is kind of a parking lot). - responsive host (mostly in Spanish). I would like to express my understanding to the host and all the people of Puerto Naos, as it must have been a very difficult time after the volcanic eruption and due to the ongoing town closure. We were happy to support tourism here and would love to return (if the beds are fixed 😊). Puerto Naos is a lovely small town (although many shops and businesses are still closed), with a nice beach.

Great apartments. Cleaning every day and fresh towels. Very nice staff. The kitchen is equipped. Everything works. Great location. The weather is always good... because the mountains hold back the clouds. The beach further away is sandy and not strong waves. On the promenade there is a cafe, fresh juice, ice cream, souvenirs and a little further a supermarket. I recommend.

Stunningly beautiful hotel - both internal decor and botanic garden. Our bedroom was also beautiful with excellent features. We would particularly like to thank the people at reception for allowing us to access our room early after we had been evacuated from where we had been staying because of the wild fire. The breakfast was also superb.

The hotel is super comfortable and nice. We really liked the rooftop terrace which is the perfect place to have some rest while looking at the beautiful surrounding mountains and you can bring your own beverages and snacks - which are easy to buy in the supermarket that is only a couple of minutes far and is open almost nonstop! Breakfast is optional to buy, we enjoyed it on 2 occasions and it was super tasty, huge portions, good value for money. The receptionists were really nice and helpful.

It is a town without character, it is quite young.

It is a town without character, it is quite young. The beach is nice and of course the organic banana farm called PlatanoLogico, that's all there is. Restaurants are mediocre, don't go to the Chinese restaurant, overpriced and no taste.

On an island full of routes to explore, fairytale landscapes, and beautiful natural pools, you absolutely must try the baked goat cheese and, above all, hike the volcano route. It's amazing! The islanders are very friendly and always willing to lend a hand. Without a doubt, a BEAUTIFUL place.

Puerto Naos is a small town with a beautiful sandy beach and all the essentials you need. There are bars and restaurants as well as shops. The weather is warmer here than on the rest of the island and there are more sunny days. In the evening you can watch the sunsets.

It's a very pleasant and peaceful place.

It's a very pleasant and peaceful place. It was closed for a couple of years because of the volcano, but now it's starting to reopen. Part of the town is still closed, but I'm sure it will be fully operational by next year.

It's still somewhat affected by the 2021 volcanic eruption.

It's still somewhat affected by the 2021 volcanic eruption. Shops and restaurants are closed, which reduces what's available. It's a very peaceful place with a good beach. You can easily reach any point on the island, despite the challenges posed by the island's geography.

A small, quiet seaside resort in April, so very pleasant!

A small, quiet seaside resort in April, so very pleasant! The Spar supermarket is open every day, and parking is easy. Nearby, Tazacorte is lovely to visit, also by the sea, and the village of Llanos is about 15 minutes away, with shops, nice murals, and pretty squares.

The property is located in a beautiful area of the island, very quiet and surrounded by nature and a beautiful, clean, well-equipped beach. The common areas are well-kept and modern. Apart from the stunning natural surroundings, there is nothing else that reminds you were you are in the hotel. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Very attentive and always impeccable. The apartments don’t have minibars, but we were still asked for a credit card, which was noted down on a piece of paper (?).

Very clean indoor and outdoor (terrace) of the apartment, well equipped, great host, even if we do not meet him in person. Simon was on the phone keeping in touch with us all the time. The penthouse is equipped with CO2 sensor and is linked to local fire department, so is completly safe. The beach from Puerto Naos is one of the best from the island.

Hotel itself was ok for two nights, but it should be around 50% cheaper to have a fair price for what you really get there...our other stays in La Palma were MUCH better in that sense.
