Liked Absolutely everything. We had a car a week to explore the island. Naranjos was perfect base for us to do it. Fantastic pool,our apartment was few steps walk from it. Great atmosphere,very cosy and relaxing. Reception staff very friendly and informative. Big shout out to Maria,very nice lady. There is a restaurant right by the pool and you can also have take away pizzas,and have them in your apartment if you want. Kids loved this place so much.

Every staff from the hotel was absolutely wonderful! My parents (seniors) were so happy with the choice to stay here. I had been communicating with the hotel days before arrival to help arrange my parents visit, and the hotel's manager and staff were so helpful. We asked and were recommended a tour guide by the hotel, and she was also wonderful and professional. Breakfast, location, service, quality, everything has exceeded our expectation. This hotel is in a nice quiet area but not far from the town centre and has easy access to bars and restaurants. The owner, Ignesi, is incredibly helpful and hospitable and nothing was too much trouble; he is also a great source of information about the island and its history. The hotel is decorated in an eclectic and whimsical style with lots of interesting books and artefacts. Guests can use the kitchen and the atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed. If you have hired bicycles- there is space for them to be stored on the premises. Breakfast consists of a large variety of traditional pastries, different types of homemade jam, delicious farm produced yoghurt and a cheeses, ham, cereals and eggs if you want them. Many of the products are organic and local. Best of all- coffee is absolutely excellent !

It was a quiet place very relaxing and beautiful wouldn’t say it’s a party place more for people who are looking for a quiet holiday or with young children the resort has entertainment which was lovely in the evening Good base to explore the island We had a lovely time

The resort is so small.

The resort is so small. I tried to walk the coastline one way which was beautiful scenery of the cliffs After not quite a mile the pathway comes to a dead end. Tried the other direction but that was rugged terrain. I did find a supermarket next to a bar which served large portions of tapas. Very friendly. The other bar was the Dinky! Bar which was awful. You could wait ages before they came to get your order I on both occasions had to go myself to order and to pay. I discovered this too late but it was my lifesaver a bus stop. Once you got to Mahon you could go else where The timetables were pretty accurate

A very laid back all inclusive experience at Alua Soul in...

A very laid back all inclusive experience at Alua Soul in the S'Algar resort. The resort offers a range of accommodation, definitely get one with air con as the humidity is often very high, it is a hidden gem if you want relaxation, snorkelling or diving - there is an extremely reputable diving school located at the harbour. The cami de cavilli route goes along the resort and you can follow this to Es Castell and beyond one way or to Alcafur, Punta Prima etc the other way, it is well signposted and worth the trek as some of the views are outstanding. There is no beach at S'algar and no night life, it is very laid back and because of that I found it perfect.

You would highly benefit from use of a car as this resort is...

You would highly benefit from use of a car as this resort is possibly the most seasonal we’ve visited on Menorca. Nearby Punta Prima, San Luis, Binibequer and Máo always have shops and restaurants open. Plenty of free (gratuito) parking in S’Algar and surrounding resorts. Would recommend small ‘supermarket’ in S’Algar for basics, or Eroski San Luis/ Lidl Mahon for bigger shop if self catered.
