Our apartment looked exactly like in photos, everything was clean and well equiped. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and even couch was very comfortable as I had to spend a lot of time in apartment due to work. Apartment is very bright and sunny. Location is excellent. And staff was very helpful and accommodating, special thanks to Natasha!

Very beautiful hotel with a perfect roof top swimming pool and bar in the centre of Santa Cruz. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, the breakfast is delicious. The room was spacious, clean and cozy. The bed was huge – we traveled as a couple and could have easily fit another person (or two) in between of us 😅. The bathroom was clean and provided a great selection of toiletries including a detail kit and shaving kit. Bathrobes were available. The room also included a capsule coffee maker. The breakfast was great in both selection and quality. The coffee was excellent. We were happy witht he location near the coast in the historical zone of the city. There is a lovely restaurant right in front of the hotel.

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The room and facilities were very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location close to a beautiful park and within easy walking distance of the center of Santa Cruz. We took a tram to La Laguna at minimal cost and spent a wonderful day in the Word Heritage ancient city.

Everything was great. Starting with the staff that were very nice and dedicated to see everyone well. I had a very comfortable room with pool view, which was lovely. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was exceptional. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

the hotel is in the heart of the center. it's close and safe everywhere. The hotel staff are very polite, helpful and friendly. I would prefer if I came back again. my room was very clean and very spacious. the only problem is the beds make noise and sometimes you hear everyone in the other rooms and you wake up in an instant. but it's okay, as a result, you came on vacation, man, have fun :))) thank you very much to all the working friends. they are always smiling and always polite to you.

It’s great to wonder around a little bit, cause the streets...

It’s great to wonder around a little bit, cause the streets and small cafeterias are the best. If you’re by car don’t hesitate to go up north by the mountains and go hiking (f.e. there is a lighthouse od the far east part of the island, great hike). It’s nice also to spend at least one day visiting Santa Cruz but leave the car in San Adres. Walking to Santa is not worth it, but every few minutes from main road goes 910 bus which can take you there for 1,50 e.
