The location is very convenient if you want to stay close to the Barajas airport. The free shuttle to the airport worked like charm. Bedroom is very luxurious, comfortable and well equipped with quality amenities. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was very very good and not expensive at all. We had an amazing meal. The breakfast in the morning offers a vast variety of products with exceptional quality. 5 stars do the kitchen and to the hotel staff that were very friendly and welcoming. This hotel offers a great quality for the price.

We were pleasantly surprised — for a 3-star hotel, the design and hospitality were well above expectations. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, and the staff were genuinely welcoming. The hotel is far from the airport. I got into Madrid very late and had to pay €35 for a taxi to get there. Luckily the hotel is open all night and the staff are very friendly/helpful. The room's furniture is dated and the bed is narrow, but the room was very clean, with good hot water pressure. I was able to take the metro (1 minute away) into Madrid to catch a train. Good breakfast too.

The staff was incredible! Super friendly and helpful! The receptionist in the end recommended the bus 822 (I think it was - please confirm with them) that goes from the area where the hotel is (San Fernando de Henares) directly to the airport. The schedule is weird like only once an hour or so but it only costs 2€ so for travellers on a budget it is important to know.

I’m really trying my hardest to find something that I liked at this hotel.. maybe the fact that it was a bit close to the airport but I still had to pay almost 30€ for Uber to get there and another 30€ to get back. Honestly I wouldn’t have slept worse at the airport and I would have saved 110€!

I like the location but the hotel is not new and all rooms that we've checked in before was not so good they need to upgrade their rooms specially the colchón or bed also the bathroom theres no floor matt so after I we take a bath the floor is wet
