A true hotel. The staff is amazing, going above and beyond. To my surprise, the beds don't owe anything in terms of comfort to 4-5 star hotels I have stayed at. When we arrived, the Metro station was closed for...

When we arrived, the Metro station was closed for construction, and nobody warned us, neither from you nor from the services that are advertised as being available. This Metro station had already been under construction for some time and will continue to be fixed, yet it's advertised as being close to a new Metro entrance.

It's a quiet town on the outskirts of Madrid, with all the amenities you need. It's a great place for families, and it's lovely to stroll around these small towns. The only downside is the parking, which can be a bit tricky.

The hotel is far from the airport. I got into Madrid very late and had to pay €35 for a taxi to get there. Luckily the hotel is open all night and the staff are very friendly/helpful. The room's furniture is dated and the bed is narrow, but the room was very clean, with good hot water pressure. I was able to take the metro (1 minute away) into Madrid to catch a train. Good breakfast too.

The staff was incredible! Super friendly and helpful! The receptionist in the end recommended the bus 822 (I think it was - please confirm with them) that goes from the area where the hotel is (San Fernando de Henares) directly to the airport. The schedule is weird like only once an hour or so but it only costs 2€ so for travellers on a budget it is important to know.

I’m really trying my hardest to find something that I liked at this hotel.. maybe the fact that it was a bit close to the airport but I still had to pay almost 30€ for Uber to get there and another 30€ to get back. Honestly I wouldn’t have slept worse at the airport and I would have saved 110€!

I like the location but the hotel is not new and all rooms that we've checked in before was not so good they need to upgrade their rooms specially the colchón or bed also the bathroom theres no floor matt so after I we take a bath the floor is wet
