We booked this last minute to have more time on Formentera. It is centrally located not far from the Ferry, easy to fine and beautiful. Staff could not have been more helpful - spoke many languages, made recommendations for bike hire and generally were great. The accommodation was modern, spacious and with a superb view. Air con in both rooms was independent and effective. We were very happy with our stay and wish we had booked for longer.

San Ferrán de ses Roques is a hidden gem in the heart of Formentera, perfect for those who want to discover the island's authentic soul. It’s a welcoming and peaceful village, yet full of life, especially in the evenings when the streets come alive with locals and tourists mingling in bars and restaurants. One of the things I appreciated most is the relaxed and genuine atmosphere. You can find artisan markets here, with local artists displaying their creations, and small cafés where you can stop for a coffee or a beer. San Ferrán has preserved its authenticity, far from mass tourism, offering a much more laid-back experience compared to the busier areas of the island. As for the food, the village restaurants serve delicious dishes, many based on fresh seafood and local products. I highly recommend trying the tapas at one of the traditional restaurants: simple yet flavorful, they’ll make you feel like a true islander. Additionally, its central location makes San Ferrán an ideal base for exploring Formentera: within a few minutes by scooter or bike, you can reach the most beautiful beaches and interesting spots on the island. The location is very central and the island is still...

The location is very central and the island is still incredibly beautiful, but the prices are very high and the island is losing some of its charm due to the massive increase in tourism. Everything is easily accessible by car or bicycle. And I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Formentera. 😉☺️

You can eat lunch and dinner without spending a lot of money. I had lunch at Bar Ortega and dinner at Macondo. For breakfast, I recommend Blat Picat. The És Bàsic supermarket is also very convenient and inexpensive.

I loved the location of the house.

I loved the location of the house. Peaceful, like the island itself. Beautiful scenery. It had everything you need for a pleasant holiday. The area has all the necessary amenities (shops, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.). It's easy to get around. There are no traffic jams.

One day we ate at the restaurant La Mediterránea, a delicious red rice dish, I highly recommend it. Another day we had dinner at the Macondo restaurant, a sobrasada pizza that was to die for. And the Forn San Ferran bakery makes very complete sandwiches with your choice of bread and filling, and pastries that are absolutely delicious.

A town that has retained its authenticity. Relaxed atmosphere. Good restaurants. The Spanish Quarter pizzeria is excellent. The Verdera bar is lively, popular, and cheerful, serving simple but authentic food.

Located in the middle of the most important sights made it very easy to walk around to the best beaches as well biggest towns :) Big, very comfortable room with balcony, TV and bathroom, clean with all the services around like many restaurants to choose from open outside of the seasons as well as supermarkets:) And the very important- great communication form the hotel receptionist who sent me all the links and info with smallest details how to get to the property as well could answer any question, thank You :)

Great location and helpful, friendly staff. We had a lovely time. We even got a little Christmas treat since we were there on Christmas Day - much appreciated. We were able to do many nice walks from the hotel. The bar downstairs is great for some food and drink. There wasn't a lot open while we were there.
