Our apartment looked exactly like in photos, everything was clean and well equiped. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and even couch was very comfortable as I had to spend a lot of time in apartment due to work. Apartment is very bright and sunny. Location is excellent. Rooftop pool and bar are excellent and we also made use of the gym facilities. Staff is pleasant, answered our questions and gave us tips. Room is very clean and comfortable. For parking, if your car is bigger, better to pay for private parking nearby. Excellent location!

The room was spacious, clean and cozy. The bed was huge – we traveled as a couple and could have easily fit another person (or two) in between of us 😅. The bathroom was clean and provided a great selection of toiletries including a detail kit and shaving kit. Bathrobes were available. The room also included a capsule coffee maker. The breakfast was great in both selection and quality. The coffee was excellent. We were happy witht he location near the coast in the historical zone of the city. There is a lovely restaurant right in front of the hotel.

Great location with parking for a decent price (12€ per day). The pool and gym areas were well mainteined and equiped. The staff was super helpful, polite and always welcoming. The room was cleaned everyday and the view from the balcony was fantastic.

The stuff were super nice and helpful. We had a half board and for the dinner we choze one starter and one main dish from the menu. The dessert was also included and it varied, sometimes piece of cake was available, sometimes only icecream or jogurt (but it was great as well). All the food we tried was so delicious! For the breakfast there was everything you need. Cleaning was great, the room, lobby, restaurant were always cleaned. The beds was super comfortable. The hotel is in great location, few minutes to the city center and when you want to leave the city by car, it's also great. Definitely a great hotel to stay in Santa Cruz!

the hotel is in the heart of the center. it's close and safe everywhere. The hotel staff are very polite, helpful and friendly. I would prefer if I came back again. my room was very clean and very spacious. the only problem is the beds make noise and sometimes you hear everyone in the other rooms and you wake up in an instant. but it's okay, as a result, you came on vacation, man, have fun :))) thank you very much to all the working friends. they are always smiling and always polite to you.
