It's so fun for kids, there's so much for the kids to do and its relaxing for the parents, defo use the kids club, Alex is great. The mini disco is awesome and all the entertainment is high quality. Breakfast is fab. I was really impressed! It was busy for a reason! Our room (Barcy apartment) was cleaned every day and loads of lovely towels and dressing gowns. All food buffets really good

we got a week to work from “home” at the start of the year so we decided to extend our stay in Tenerife and (randomly) selected this place. it was such a lovely surprise! the rooms were specious and we could work in the eating corner in the living room. The staff were super nice and it was great ending our day early enough for a swim and a cocktail at the poolside bar. the food was also very nice and exceeded our expectations from a poolside bar variety and quality. and the place is small enough to be intimate and get to know other people around the pool.

Convenient place for accessing a wide range of walks using the buses or walking direct from the house. Be aware due to the tunnel the Masca ridge walk is closed at the Santiago end. However you can come back via Valle de Arriba. Recommend getting the bus to Masca in the morning and walking back as the bus from Masca in the aftrernoon can be full and you would have a long wait for the next bus. Only 2 small supermarkets for quite a large place.

Lots of nice restaurants.

Lots of nice restaurants. Mammalucia Italian restaurant and Sargo restaurant if you like authentic Italian cuisine. Walking up in Teide National Park for spectacular scenery and it’s all well signposted as well. Los Gigantes is a quieter location if you don’t like too much in the way of noise. Santiago del Teide town has a lovely coffee shop with amazing cakes and gluten free options available. Having a car is desirable but not essential although we found that the bus can be a bit erratic at times.

I was staying in Santiago Del Teide as part of a hiking group. Santiago del Teide, is an ideal location for hiking, with easy access to Masca, and the Teide National Park. It is a lovely place to socialise after a walk, with great places to eat.

Los Gigantes is a delightful village with plenty of good bars and restaurants. There is a lovely atmosphere and plenty of nice walks. The scenery is stunning. If you time it right you can catch the Carnaval which is great fun

Santiago delTeide is a great place to stay especially if you like walking. There are lots of marked trails in Teide National Park for all walkers but you need to rent a car for the best way to travel as the buses can be very scarce some days and are not always reliable. There are lots of very good restaurants including a couple of excellent Italian ones. Los Gigantes where we stayed is quieter than the main area of Puerto de Santiago which we liked. A shout out to Mamma Lucia’s Italian restaurant it was fantastic. Overall a nice area nice friendly people and a place we will return to very soon.

We were greeted by Damian on arrival and shown to our building. Wonderland Villa is not a hotel that provides meals. An excellent restaurant was recommended for our evening meal, and a taxi was called for us by Damian. He called a taxi for us whenever we needed one. Although Wonderland is just off local busroutes, it is quite a walk along a narrow road,a hire car or taxi are essential. Damian and his wife were welcoming and friendly, and we would certainly stay there again.

We only stayed one night, after a massive delay at the airport picking up our hire car, we arrived at 21.10, sadly the kitchen had closed and there were no other places in town open for food. The lady in reception found us a bowl of nuts and sold us some beer. Wasn’t the best start to our trip, the lateness of our arrival wasn’t the fault of the hotel, but perhaps they could have found us some bread and cheese? However it is a lovely place, very clean and comfortable.

this is a real gem, the location is amazing and so close to Masca Valley (a must see). the hotel grounds are amazing, with a real rustic charm. the antique farming equipment is very interesting. the rooms are wonderful, we stayed on the first floor and had the most wonderful ceiling in our room. the facilities are brilliant and the bathrooms are the best I’ve seen on the island! the food was exceptional, we had the most amazing fish paella!

Clean, well presented accommodation, with a well equipped kitchen and a beautiful garden area. Would not hesitate to book again while staying in the lovely town of Santiago del Teide. There’s a wonderful trail for walking/running only a few minutes from the door. The main road has everything you need as far as restaurants, pharmacy, and mini markets too.
