This is the nicest most helpful hotel we have ever stayed in. We had a very warm welcome and all our needs and requests were exceeded. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was really good. But the best part was the staff. They are all so friendly and helpful. If I had a hotel I’d like to think I could run it like this. The car park was brilliant and secure and very reasonably priced. We arrived unexpectedly early and within a short time our room was made ready without any fuss at all. The hotel is excellently situated in the town but it the rooms were not noisy at all. All hotel managers should take a visit!! We’ll certainly go back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

The apartment was very clean & well appointed, the owners even left tea, coffee, milk & biscuits for us to use & also oil, salt & pepper. This was great for us as we were travelling by motorbike & so had limited space to carry these things. There was free garage parking under the apartment block which was excellent. The location was perfect for us, easy walk to metro to get into heart of city or to the beach which we did one day.

Amazing value for money, we are very grateful to have found this spot, as we are on a budget and it was much nicer than staying at a hostel. Beds were comfortable and the owner met us with keys and showed us around. Kitchen has everything you could want, and the shower had hot water. We love cats so it was great for us.

A beautiful location overlooking the bay. The hotel is charming and I loved the decor. Great restaurant in the gardens and a covered restaurant downstairs. Food was fabulous and the crowd was delightful. The staff at the front desk are very helpful and accommodating. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and service.

Small town within reach easily of the ferry about 11 minutes to ferry from hotel. Friendly helpful people rooms very clean and warm. This part of Spain is very Green lots of trees reminds me of Wales and also buildings are French oriented some like in ski resorts very lovely countryside.

We only stayed for the night as we were on a road trip, but...

We only stayed for the night as we were on a road trip, but it was a pleasant discovery. Nice town, great food. We enjoyed the architecture and the nice atmosphere in the city center. Very lively in the streets, coffee places and restaurants, even if it was in the middle of the winter.

I was not a fan of the location where the hotel was.

I was not a fan of the location where the hotel was. It was not Santurce and not really anywhere definate. Nice looking hotel but needs some work on it. Loos as if it might be struggling to keep going. Because of the noise problem after a lot of asking- they eventually gave us a different room on a different floor. The lady at the desk was lovely but she said she was not able to contact the manager at the weekend and she had no one to turn to with our complaint of no sleep. She changed our rooms but we had to stay out of the hotel until after 3pm when the new room would be ready. She removed the car parking charge when we left as a nice gesture. parking was free on the roads on Sundays anyway but it was a nice gesture. A better room and a good nicghts sleep on the first night would have been preferable. Had a wonder 28 days travelling in home stays and variety of hotels and villas around France and Spain. This was the most disappointing. Will not return.

Great value little hotel just 2 mins walk from Santsurtzi metro station. Ideal for taking the ferry the next morning. Its around 5 - 10 mins taxi drive to get there. Javier the host was very responsive providing clear instructions on how to get in. Towels and shower lotion were provided and the room was cosy and clean. A great nights stay, would definitely recommend.

Walking the Camino Del Norte so the location was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A very nice well priced hotel with every facility a walker needs. Plenty of breakfast items.
