A very spacious apartment, well appointed and equipped. Everything seemed new and functioned correctly. Also very quiet as it is located on the margin between a residential area and a large area of waste ground. There probably isn't much "night life" in the area but that was fine for us. On-street parking outside was easily found when we were there. Access is via three flights of stairs, which might not suit everybody.

We were amazed by hotel, the view, hospitality of all employes and food. Initially we booked option only with the breakfast and later on ended eating almost every day dinner in the hotel (20 Euros per person which we found very reasionable). Also to mention, there were a lot of creative vegetarian options on the table. Special thanks to Fernando, our receptionist who gave use very warm welcome. Highly recommend this accomodation. See you soon!

Everything from getting the information about check in before getting to property, accommadation was fantastic, cleaning impeccable(even at weekends when they don't work they leave enough towels), lovely facilities and up stairs terrace fantastic, would definately recommend

I guess i never seen any apartment with this kind of cleanliness, it was amazing, like a brand new apartment or 5 star hotel. The location was perfect, has parking places on the street in front of the building, and has a very good restaurant 100m away from the place, also the beach is 2 minutes from the apartment. The flat has everything what you need for cooking, it was really comfortable, and the host is amazing, he is really kind and helpful. it was a pleasure to stay here, highly recommended! Thanks for everything!

We didn't see much of Sardina, so can't really say much.

We didn't see much of Sardina, so can't really say much. We spent our days in the hills and nights in the apartment. Good for shopping though, all the big chains were within easy reach. Plenty of good walks in the area if you have transport. Also there is a good bus service to Las Palmas.

It's a quite place, not very touristic.

It's a quite place, not very touristic. There are a few restaurants, shops. Not very good to access by public transport, especially in the evening, anyways a taxi from Vicendario costs about 5 euros
