Lovely hotel in a great location, close to all the sights, nice bars and restaurants. Easy to get to from the airport. Room was great, clean, nicely equipped and tidied up daily. The staff is kind and the service is great! They offer a lovely breakfast if you need it, but there are also wonderful places in the vicinity to choose from. I would definitely stay there again. Great value for money.

The town is quiet, with a lively social scene. The apartment is quite close to the metro and commuter train stations, making it quick and easy to get to Bilbao and also allowing you to visit towns like Algorta, Santurce, and other interesting inland villages.

Friendly staff in a hotel near a decommissioned industrial estate, far from everything. The food isn't recommended; it's very basic. The food wasn't that expensive either, at €15. The metro is about 600 meters away, with a bit of a climb. Not recommended for people with walking difficulties.

The hotel is located in a shipyard; it's unique, but the views aren't very pleasant. Parking is easy and free. The reception staff were very helpful, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and rock hard. The cafeteria was a disaster, with poor service and bad products. I like it because it's close to the beaches by car (15-20 minutes), and overall, it's very good value for money.

This area is only suitable for accommodation as it's far from the city center, but there's a metro station nearby and parking in Bilbao is fairly accessible. However, for a group of five, parking was cheaper than metro tickets. The Plaza Euskadi parking garage is very good because it's close to the Guggenheim Museum and suitable for tall (maximum 2.10m) and long vehicles.

My room was as expected for 3 star rating; good wifi. I slept well for 3 nights. My compliments to the hardworking cafeteria/bar men. There is a great service on the L2; about 12 mins to the city centre from Urbinaga metro station that is closest to the hotel. Also, the Biskaibus no. A3136 from Abando Terminus in the city centre goes to nearby "La Naval" stop no.343. My room at the back has an interesting view. No work at the weekend and only a little daytime noise on work days.

Helpful staff as reception, especially with taxi request to ferry port. Modern building, big room, good shower, comfortable bed. Cafe in reception was useful as not a lot close by. This hotel is in an industrial area close to docks. Easy to find, walking distance from train station if not with luggage. Convenient for ferry port, this hotel suited me. Taxi fare to ferry was 33euro approximately. Wi-Fi good ,but a little bit tricky to get started.

The hotel was clean, but the location was dreadful. It is located opposite a large logistical transport company where large lorries were coming and going throughout the night, which considerably affected our sleep.The breakfast was minimal with no option other than pastries, which obviously we declined. Definitely one hotel to forget ( Apart from remembering never to stay there again)
