A very beautiful house with a very beautiful swimming pool. The landlord was very kind. He waited for me in the house in advance and presented us with delicious food and wine. This house has three rooms and three bathrooms, so people don't need to be crowded in the bathrooms. My friends and I spent two very happy days here. By the way, there is a very delicious restaurant in the windmill next to the house. I recommend everyone to try it.

The finca is a beautiful, traditional property with so much outdoor space to enjoy. It is within easy walking distance to Sineu where there are plenty places to eat and drink. The market there is well worth a visit too. Gabriel and Yolanda are a lovely, friendly couple and were the perfect hosts, easy to contact if we needed them.

Great location, very close to the shops, restaurants, train station and Sineu historic town square. Although there is no dedicated parking, we were able to park on the street in front of the villa pretty much every day. The only problem you might have is on Wednesdays, when the market happens and the town is invaded by tourists. I suggest not to drive anywhere between 9-13 :). Sineu is also positioned in such a way that it takes about 20 minutes to an hour to pretty much any point on the island making it great starting location for any trips. Villa is awesome, plenty of space, everything you need was there. The pool area and the swimming pool itself is great. Loved our breakfasts under the lemon tree :) If you manage to meet the hosts in person they are lovely people as well!

Súper location right in the centre of Sineu. Great for Friday night fiesta/market night. Rooms comfortable with good air conditioning. Fridge in room for your own drinks etc. very plentiful breakfast- well worth the extra €8 per person per day. Kerry is a real asset to this boutique hotel. Great recommendations for local restaurants and also a great cook for her wonderful breakfasts. She is constantly smiling and nothing is a problem.

We had the most relaxing stay at Can Joan Capo and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The staff were all so welcoming and helpful, the food and drinks were excellent and the surroundings were so comfortable and luxurious. I had a massage which I would really recommend and the hotel also kindly sorted out our airport transfers and gave us local recommendations. We will definitely be back one day!

Great hotel in the most gorgeous small town of Sinue. Away from the hustle and bustle of main resorts. Small boutique shops and family run restaurants within 5mins walk. The market on a wed is varied and local f9od produce is very tasty. The hotel fixtures and fittings are of a high standard. Let's not forget the morning breakfast choice and wonderful staff. Highly recommend.

Charming beautifully renovated accommodation in the very center of Sineu. Kind and service minded personal. Clean and spacious rooms inspiring to a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended especially if you want to distance yourself from the very touristic places of Mallorca.
