Everything, the location, the room, the massive breakfast but mostly the amazing host Gulliermo. He was an absolutely great example of the perfect hospitality, he called you always by name, gave us the perfect tips on what to do during the day trip in the island and spent always few minutes to chat about anything. We had a wonderful stay at this villa! Everything was clean and very well maintained. The location was good — close to everything we needed, but quiet and relaxing area. The villa was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need during our stay. The hostesses were very kind and helpful, always available to answer any questions and make us feel welcome. The finca is a beautiful, traditional property with so much outdoor space to enjoy. It is within easy walking distance to Sineu where there are plenty places to eat and drink. The market there is well worth a visit too. Gabriel and Yolanda are a lovely, friendly couple and were the perfect hosts, easy to contact if we needed them.

Great location, very close to the shops, restaurants, train station and Sineu historic town square. Although there is no dedicated parking, we were able to park on the street in front of the villa pretty much every day. The only problem you might have is on Wednesdays, when the market happens and the town is invaded by tourists. I suggest not to drive anywhere between 9-13 :). Sineu is also positioned in such a way that it takes about 20 minutes to an hour to pretty much any point on the island making it great starting location for any trips. Villa is awesome, plenty of space, everything you need was there. The pool area and the swimming pool itself is great. Loved our breakfasts under the lemon tree :) If you manage to meet the hosts in person they are lovely people as well!

My room was super clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was already running for my arrival which made it nice and refreshing to enter. The instructions I received to enter the hotel, via WhatsApp, were really clear and helpful. And the best part of my stay was the super-friendliness of Daniel and Anka. They prepared a fresh and delicious vegan breakfast, just for me!! I was so impressed by their level of care and service. Anka even told me she loves my energy and gave me a big hug! They felt more like family than hotel managers!

Absolutely beautiful, decor was insane. Staff were very accommodating - Annika and Lena were so lovely. And make a fantastic cava sangria and spicy marg! Breakfast and lunch delicious. Located in a cute little town with lovely restaurants. We’d planned on driving out to see some of the local beaches but ended up spending all of our time in Sineu and in the hotel as it was so lovely. A really nice change from Palma.

Lovely owner/staff who were super welcoming. Filling and tasty breakfast with delicious toast + avo + jamon, eggs, pastry, fresh orange juice, fruits and coffee. Breakfast was in a cute courtyard as well. Place was very clean and self check in was easily done. Right in the centre of Sineu which is in the centre of Mallorca, great as an overnight stopover

The facilities, pool, location, owner, everything! Perfect for a group or family, loved this place and perfectly located (if you have a car). Not a touristy area but close to beautiful Sineu and only about 20-30mins to lots of beaches and other sights.
