    We love Teulada, where we had been before.

    We love Teulada, where we had been before. Villa Anita, although quite expensive, did not give us the experience we were hoping for, which had nothing to do with the location. The agency was not there to introduce us to the house, nor when we left to check it over with us. I doubt that its many defects had been checked beforehand. When we lodged our legitimate complaints we felt that we disturbed them. In fairness, they reimbursed us the deposit completely, but then we took great pains to leave the place impeccable, clean and ready to move in.

    The house is very quiet on it's own grounds away from the road. Monica was very helpful and offered to buy groceries at the supermarket and gave me a lift one morning. I also met her loverly family and was invited to share lunch one afternoon. I also met the donkey, goat, hens and dog! The main bedroom is large with very a comfortable bed. The second bedroom is off the main one. The bathroom and shower worked well. There is a large kitchen downstairs that provides for all your needs. It is only 15 minute walk from Teulada town.

    The location was very good, there was an excellent view of the sea as the villa was set high on the side of the hill entering Moraira. The villa was well equiped with everything you would need for a two wek stay. I could park my car off the road and there was a secrurity gate at the entrance. The host was very attentive and was there to sort any issues, could not have asked for more. The pool was nice and very clean.

    The outside! Loads of space to relax. Good BBQ. Pool temp was perfect. very good WiF which was essential as hubby worked every dayi. Comfy beds. Good Aircon in both bedrooms and lounge. Not far from Moraira. Drive in 5 mins or a 25 min walk down the hill. Locked garage. Felt safe. When there was electricity cut the agents were out to help quickly even on a festivo day!
