I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel la Posada, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the outstanding assistance I received from Eduardo . During my trip, I encountered a situation where I lost some shopping items, and the language barrier made it quite challenging to communicate my concerns. Eduardo went above and beyond to help me. Not only did they provide immediate translation services, but they also took the time to understand my situation fully. Their patience and kindness made a stressful situation much more manageable. They contacted the store on my behalf, ensuring that I was able to retrieve my lost items. What truly stood out was Eduardo's genuine willingness to help. They were attentive, understanding, and made me feel supported throughout the entire process. Nicely decorated hotel, clean, excellent breakfast, varied and plentiful. The greatest value is given by the staff who are too friendly (the girl who serves breakfast, the guy at the reception). The guy at the reception allowed us to check in a little earlier for free because the room was ready, and when we were leaving after check out because we had an evening train, he stored our luggage for free until the evening so we could enjoy the whole day in Alicante carefree. The hotel is close to the train station that passengers use to travel, e.g. to Valencia, and within walking distance to all tourist attractions

This is a bit of a working town, I am guessing that the airport is probably one the major employers. It has good supermarkets, quite a few restaurants and bars, no tourists, purely 'Espanyol'! We used it as a base and would recommend a trip to Santa Pola a lovely surprise!

Torrellano is a small village very near the Airport and excellent transport links to Alicante and surrounding towns. A handful of cafes etc . It is possible to take a bus from central Alicante o bus stop by the Hotel

Excellent region to stay in for Alacante airport, which is just 10/15 min taxis ride away. €10+ approx cost. Plenty of places to eat in the area. Only there for one evening so do not know what else is there.

I loved the fact that Torrellano is very Spanish in...

I loved the fact that Torrellano is very Spanish in character with no tourists around. All the Spanish gather in the shady square in the evening and there are some nice little bars and restaurants serving good quality traditional Spanish tapas and main meals. It's a perfect location if you've got a very early flight out of Alicante Airport.

It’s a city and cities have traffic and lots of people but as we used this hotel just for one night as it was close to the airport, it was just right for us. I’m sure there were transport links to other places from this major city but we didn’t need them.

Absolutely spot on for overnight stay before travelling home. Facilities excellent even down to kettle, tea and coffee in the room. You may have to ask for milk but not an issue. As it's a working town there is traffic noise and also airplane noise from the takeoff and landings. Other guests can be a tad noisy but we enjoyed it there

This is the perfect airport hotel because of it's location. However the facilities, the courtyard, the rooms and the breakfast make it somewhere you would like to stay whatever the location. This was our second visit and we were so happy to go back and enjoy the lovely facilities. Excellent breakfast outside. Lovely courtyard to sit and have a drink after a long day travelling. Helpful staff. Very nice bedrooms.

The checkin for this hotell is perfect. It is literally a 24-hour petrol station, so you can checknin any time. I had a very late flight into Alicante Airport, so didn't arrive until 2am. The hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport. The room is very basic, but bed was comfortable, room was clean, aircon worked well.

Attentive attitude of the staff. They returned the things I had forgotten two weeks after I stayed at the hotel. I am very grateful to the staff. Good price/quality ratio. The restaurant employee provided us with a bucket of ice to cool the wine we bought, which was great.
