This location was fantastic! The rooms were incredibly clean, spacious, and comfortable and the breakfast was very diverse and delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were not only friendly and welcoming but also extremely accommodating to our needs. We had to do some work during our stay, and they graciously allowed us to use a conference room with fast and reliable internet. It made for the perfect working environment. Even after we checked out, they let us continue using the conference room for a few extra hours so we could finish up our work without any rush. Overall, a wonderful experience with excellent service—I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays!

Very nice and cozy place to stay. We loved it so much, that we booked for another 2 nights. We had a big balcony, with also a beach chair to take sun. We also had fridge in the room. At the reception the personal is always smiling and ready to help you.

Location, just about 8 minutes walk from Bus station with direct bus to Alicante Airport taking 50 minutes for 7 euros. The hotel even closer to the promenade, which is a beautiful walk with plenty of seating along the seafront and a great selection of restaurants. Our room was more spacious than I expected, with a very large Super King bed. Good lighting in the room, wardrobe, 2 safes, a minifridge to hold our bottles of water etc. The bathroom was well laid out. Balcony was overlooking the pool area and as we were on 6th floor we could see the sea in the distance above the rooftops of surrounding buildings. Our room was cleaned every morning to the highest standard and each day we met the lady who looked after our room, she always greeting us with a smile. We hired bikes for 3 days and there was no problem storing them in luggage storage room. The Bike hire Co. is advertised at reception, they deliver and collect bikes from the hotel which is a great service.

Room is spacious and comfortable. free street parking on the door step. Many restaurants and bars close by. We have stayed a few times and this is the first time we had breakfast at the hotel, thought it met all expectations. Plenty of cold options and also hot made to order : eggs, bacon, omelette etc.... Staff are always pleasant and helpful Shampoo and other toiketries including toothbrushes in the room.

The location is great. View from the balcony was very nice. The staff definitely exceeded my expectations. They were very professional and helpful, and they did care about their guests to stay happy.
