This is the best place! A beatiful, clean and spacious apartment and fantastic sorrundings in the Old town/Vegueta. We really enjoyed the big roof terrace and cozy balcony. In the weekend you can hear people talk from the restaurant downstairs but it didn’t disturb us, because it’s such a fantastic and cosy restaurant, which adds to the experience. There are also several other very nice restaurants, cafés and bars within a short walking distance from the apartment. Dora is a very helpful and kind hostess and the service was great. She answered our questions quickly and kindly. You have all you need (and a lot more) for a comfortable stay in this apartment!

We stayed to work a week from abroad and could not have been luckier with our choice of accommodation: An ancient building, in a wonderful, quiet side street; true to original just as its warm interior, a big bright veranda to work from, a court (that serves as a restaurant) to look down to, very high ceilings and more than enough space to spend days and nights. We were welcomed by hearty and lovely hosts and owners, a bouquet of fresh lilies, seasonal fruit and found the perfect, authentic spot to stay at in Las Palmas: Hopefully soon again and next time for longer than only a week.

Very good location, right in the city center. What I liked most was the private terrace with kitchen and the large, spacious bathroom and bedroom. There is also a second terrace for everyone on the top of the roof, where you can see the entire city 🤗 Beautiful !!!

Excellent location, enough space and close to pharmacies supermarkets cafes and the square. Easy to get to from the bus stop. The apartment has everything including laundry which is nice for a cycling holiday. I felt safe there. You can leave your stuff after checkout but you will need a new code to enter. Check in/out is remote. The host is responsive by WhatsApp. There are other apartments throughout the building. Apartment is clean and tidy. If you look on google maps review some of the decoration is gone, though. Nice piano in the lobby. I recommend this place and will return again if I come back to Gran Canaria.

The location was fantastic. It was not noisy at all and safe. You can go to the market 'Vegueta' and the city center walking (historical center area). The host was great too, always available to answer to any questions. If you rent a car, you can find free parking in the street pretty easily, sometimes you need a little luck but not impossible. The worst case, you can go to 24h parking for around 12 euros over night which was 10 min walk from the accommodation. Overall I highly recommend it!

The property is located in a very luxurious area. The entrance to the porch is also luxurious, there is a piano and an area with a sofa and chairs. Our museum apartment was on the second floor. The door is just wow😍. It felt like we were living in a castle like princesses. The living room was very beautiful, sunny, the windows looked out on a quiet street. There was also a table with chairs for 6 people. There were chic mirrors everywhere in the rooms, in which we took pictures every minute😛😂 It was nice that there was shower gel and shampoo for each person, as well as clean towels. The kitchen was super equipped with everything necessary for living, there was a coffee machine with capsules, there were also some spices. Everywhere was completely clean.
