What a magnificent stay we had, the staff were all so welcoming and friendly. The room was so large, clean and quiet. The bed so comfortable. Shower hot with great pressure. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The cafe lunches and restaurant meal were delicious and the service from Helena was outstanding. Great Camino stop in Tui, in an old house refurnished by Aron, who was born in this house. Cathedral and river 5 mins walk. Slept like a stone, which talks for room and bed quality and quietness. Had a great talk with Aron -- in 30 minutes we tackled Camino mistakes, tips, experiences, goals, etc. Very human. Followed a great recommendation from him: sent HALF of my stuff (innecessary stuff) back home per postal parcel (at Porriño's post office). 4 out of 8kg bye bye! Thank you Aron, my next Camino i will know what is really essential.

Easy to use access Very clean, spacious and comfortable house. Communication was great, host was very flexible, didn't meet them but it was very easy Location is literally ON the camino santiago, and wasn't too far from Guillarei train station. For our purposes (arriving late into guillarei, starting the camino santiago from Valenca the next morning) this couldn't have been much more perfect. We even left our bags in the house so we had no bag for the first 2 hours of our Camino Santiago. Great showers, Clean towels, option to purchase drinks, well provisioned breakfast, tea and coffee.

Tui is a beautiful town located near the border with Portugal. Ideal location for our rest day while walking the Camino Portuguese. The town is full of history and oozes charm and character. There are plenty of great places to eat or simply people watch in a cafe. Everything we wanted to do was in easy walking distance of our accommodation.

Tui was gorgeous, wish I could have stayed longer than one quick night but was meeting up with friends on the Camino and had to move on. So many good restaurants as well and the river walk is lovely! If you're on the Camino, stop at Albergue Ideas Peregrinas for their breakfast. It's a full-service cafe with strong coffee and American breakfasts with the nicest toasted baguettes. They have a store as well attached with Camino provisions - ponchos, poles with rubber tips, hats, shorts, wool socks, all high quality.

Very historic old town.

Very historic old town. It used to be the capital of Galicia. Beautiful cathedral. Location next to Mindo river makes it very special as well. Strolling along the river, with Tui lingering above was a delight.

This property was in a wonderfully central location, only 1 minute's walk from the cathedral and the perfect start to our Camino. It is a basic pilgrim hotel, but was spacious and clean in a historic part of town. There was a lovely local restaurant right opposite offering superb value for money and the local area had a lovely ambiance. Would definitely recommend.

A beautiful hotel right in the middle of Tui’s old town. The bedroom was large with a beautiful balcony overlooking the river and town. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating for the Camino. Very romantic and timeless. The breakfast was delicious.
