Check in was super customer friendly; Location was excellent right across from a beautiful park and 1.5 blocks from the old town and about 4 blocks from beautiful concha beach; room was very modern and comfortable with great A/C; bathroom was very modern and comfortable with fantastic rain drop shower. We had the pleasure of dining at the hotel restaurant last year, but were a little disappointed this year as we had booked for Sunday and it was closed Sunday evening. I recommend this hotel, which is very well located and offers excellent value for money! The staff are truly outstanding.

It's well located with easy road access, just minutes from San Sebastián, Zarautz, and inland towns. It's also accessible by train. There are good pintxo bars, restaurants, and cider houses nearby. Very quiet area.

Very convenient location.

Very convenient location. I wanted to visit the French and Spanish Basque Country, starting from France (Toulouse) and continuing on to Bilbao. Then I changed my plans, but Usurbil's location is very convenient for a short trip back to France. I ate in San Sebastian, but it wasn't particularly good. If I were to return, I'd avoid San Sebastian and visit Pamplona and Bilbao.

I think it would be appropriate to put another coat hook in the bathroom, since there was only one and it's a double room. The clothes rack is very small, there's no room to put suitcases, and I have a physical disability and it was very difficult to move around.

A small but amazing hotel, both the staff and the facilities were fantastic, perfect for our trip to San Sebastián. The room was spacious and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast service was excellent, even though it was a small place. If you're looking for a place to stay while visiting San Sebastián and the surrounding area, this is the perfect hotel.

Very pleasant rural hotel in the peace of the countryside. The rooms were spacious, well furnished with comfy beds and sofas. The hotel was decorated to a high standard and very clean. Excellent breakfast available. The seating areas outside give relaxed and beautiful views of the hills and surrounding area. Do not miss a visit to the cider house and restaurant. Good parking facilities and easy access for wheelchairs. Thank you for your hospitality.

Professional welcoming staff. Upon arrival there was an issue with humidity in the room but correctly handled by the manager. Nice room with balcony and view to the country side. Comfy beds, waterpresure shower good. Wifi good, parking good, breakfast good. Fantastic restaurant next door of same owner as the hotel with a 10% discount.

Lovely tranquil setting in the countryside outside Donostia and a short drive above Usurbil. We were made feel really welcome and comfortable. No dinner service - purely because the family were busy bottling the year's cider - on this occasion but a very generous breakfast provided at €6 per person.

Great relaxed and friendly staff, very good size room with comfortable bed. Big newly refurbished bathroom, excellent breakfast (5 Euros). Good WiFi. Pet friendly (5 Euros). All in a pretty old building. Plenty of free street parking in front of the hotel.
