It's close to El Prat airport. Be careful with a taxi, one way airport - hotel, a taxi driver of Hindu nationality charged us 35 euros. On the way back, the hotel - the airport, a Spanish taxi driver charged us 18 euros, we been happy to give him 20 euros))))) The hotel is very good, we are recomended. Just next to the hotel MacDonalds and buss stop.

Lovely airport hotel. The best I've used. Complimentary coffee, wine and pastries on arrival. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are modern and tastefully decorated. Breakfast for 10 euros was amazing value for money.

What a beautiful place to stay.

What a beautiful place to stay. Dario was a fantastic host, and nothing was too much trouble. I could have slept in the bed for weeks it was so comfy! I had to be a bit mindful with the stairs while wearing socks, but otherwise everything was pristine and very welcoming. Thanks for everything Dario - especially for the travel coffee you made for our trip back to the airport :)

hotel is next to the train station and a Mercadona in a shopping center. Behind the hotel is a mix of business / warehouses and living areas. Quite quiet area and some cafe´s restaurants in the area, even if not directly next to the hotel though

The hotel is close to the airport if you take the taxi, it’s about 15 mins. Quiet surrounding. A bit far from the city center, just make sure you buy the AMB card and Hola if you plan to stay many days. From the airport you can ride the L99/L96 to the hotel.

It was abit confusing working out the best train to get to...

It was abit confusing working out the best train to get to Viladecans from Las Ramblas. The train map / google maps and other searches brought up confusing ways that involved changing lines. I asked at the train station and the personnel there were very helpful and in the end it was super easy (one train / no changes) but this was different to my original searches. Pays to ask a local!! Shopping centre was overrated - not worth going to the Nike Factory outlet. It was crazy busy and the prices were not cheap at all. Food options were good though.

I would never recommend anyone to stay at this place...

I would never recommend anyone to stay at this place especially if you are black. I was dismissed on so many occasions when trying to ask a question even when I’m using a translator but as soon as someone of another color comes in the would just ignore me and speak with them as I’m not there. Breakfast I would not recommend because it’s only a cold breakfast toast and cereal even the coffee from the dispenser was cold. The cleaners only come in and change the bed sheet and they believe this is clean they never wipe the floor nor change the towel or maybe it’s becuse I was a black person staying there. The treatment was so divided so I would urge people not to stay there if they can.

We arrived at the hotel 3 hours before check-in at 2pm.

We arrived at the hotel 3 hours before check-in at 2pm. The guy at check-in was fluent in English and very helpful. He allowed us to get immediate entry to a room without an extra charge- he was sympathetic that our cruise ship had docked in Barcelona very early. All staff we dealt with spoke good English and were obliging. Free WiFi was great too. Breakfast was lovely. A great selection of options from cereal, fruit, cheese, ham, semi-skimmed and full fat milk, water, juice etc. We made use of the MacDonald’s next door where many staff also spoke English. Taxis were often available right outside the hotel. This was helpful when we went to the airport for our flight home.

After very rough travel, we were just really happy for nice receptionist welcoming us although it was very late at night and for 3 comfortable beds. But it was also very good for its location. Big supermarket right behind the hotel, train station to Barcelona right across the street and bus station (also with night buses from airport) right next the hotel. You are provided with free automat for coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc. 24. Bathroom is nice, clean and big.

The location wasn’t so close to city centre but owner of the home gave us a ride from airport. He showed the place and the place was fully furnished and you can find many food for breakfast m. He organised everything really well. I don’t have even one bad word to him. Everything was amazing. He was kind and helpful. He gave the all information whenever I need. For sure, when I will back to Barcelona, I will stay again!

Ibis is a budget hotel and the facilities meant purely for business travel. We stayed there on our return to India as the hotel is just 10 mins from Barcelona airport. The hotel is clean, rooms are tiny with minimum facilities. Located in a new and industrial part of Barcelona, it can be reached easily.

This hotel, despite the name, is not really in the airport, but in the nearby town of Viladecans. This was a positive point for me, as we stayed here a few days. The room was nice, the staff was very nice and helpful and the location quite ok. The room can easily receive 3 people, so no issue there.

For a family with children is perfect . Outside of the main city , park near by , supermarkets ( all walking distance ) , access to buses or train for the centre of Barcelona . An added time of 25-35 minutes from the apartment to let's say Ramblas.
