Staff were very customer oriented, and tried very hard to help with the language difficulties. Lovely people who really care about what they do. Everything was so clean.

I was travelling solo with my little dog. everyone there was super nice with my dog (and me). Staff was super helpful. rooms and common area is eclectic designed and very warm. breakfast was great and restaurant too.
