A beautiful monastery hotel on the outskirts of the town. I stayed as part of my Camino walk and it was a night of indulgence away from the usual Albergues. Booking.com had a good price deal. One thing to consider is the restaurant for dinner was fabulous and also not cheap. If you are on a Camino budget this may not be the place to stay.

I have stayed here 4 times when Camino walking because it is so welcoming and caring. In an excellent location, the rooms are clean, modern and well appointed. The restaurant serves exceptional food and an early breakfast for those walking! The staff are friendly and efficient, particularly the manager who goes out of his way in his dealings with his guests. Strongly recommended.

Friendly owners.

Friendly owners. Beautiful surroundings along the Pilgrim's Route. We were there by car, by the way. Spacious room and excellent bathroom. Both Burgos and Palencia are easily accessible from there. We had a delicious hamburger on the terrace in the evening. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely come back.

In Vilacazar, there's a beautiful church that you can visit.

In Vilacazar, there's a beautiful church that you can visit. We received a friendly welcome, and they made every effort to point out the sights. Our hostel was across from the church, and we had a spacious room with a private bathroom.
