The friendly person at the check in gave us a feeling of welcome. The room was spacy and clean. At night, some people had to discuss their personal affairs aloud downstairs, but that was not the fault of the hotel. Benavente is a charming town, we will come back, hopefully.

Excellent communication and messaging with Luisa. The apartment was spacious, spotless and had all of the comforts of home. The kitchen was very well stocked, the beds were comfortable with extra pillows and blankets. The shower was hot with nice towels. There is a side yard which is private space. The apartment is in a great location close to the main square, shops, grocery store. I would highly recommend this stay, it was amazing.

Simply amazing: a 1-star hotel with rooms that could easily belong to a 3-star. Spotless clean, huge and comfy bed, loads of towels, aircon, heater and huge window. A must-stay if you want to take a break between the North and Madrid.
