Fabulous pet friendly hotel. Very warm welcome and it was a joy to find the room very clean with no dog smell. My dogs are non shed and super clean so it was fabulous to be in a room which was so fresh. I loved that my room opened out into the garden so easy access for the fur babies. I got a really lovely vibe from the hotel. Breakfast was lovely and I enjoyed every aspect of my stay. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Oh My Goddness! It is one of the most beautiful hotel we slept in. You can touch the history here. Very nice room. Clean, cozy and comfy. Big bathroom with all the cosmetics you need. Good variety of products for breakfast. Very good restaurant with vegan option. Two outside private parking onsite and garage. Perfect location! Huge recommendation!!! For sure, I will give 11 but the rating scale is only to 10 🥰

Great location in the middle of the old area. It was very good to be able to drive to the unloading g park close to the hotel (a few minutes walk) and take on our bags and check in Then it was ok to park our car in the building 6-7 mins walk away. The room itself was very nice. We were expecting a tiny room (the booking said 14m) but actually it was spacious with a lovely bathrooms. It was also good to go up to the terrace to see the view.

Spotlessly Clean Rooms, Comfortable Beds, and a Spacious Lobby The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable. A big thank you and applause to the housekeeping señoras for their excellent work! The lobby is humongous, with plenty of space—you can even choose your own area to relax and unwind. The location is also ideal, just a short drive or 15 minutes walk to the the aqueduct and Segovia old town.
