The hotel decor is exquisite, and immaculately clean. The staff well trained, friendly and well dressed (all except the boss, who wanders around in old jeans and a t-shirt!!). Although quite far from the city centre, it's literally a few minutes walk from Zamudio station on Euskotren Trena line E3, and then only 20 mins into the city. There's also a bus stop nearby into the city (and to the airport first which is very near the hotel). The view is also appealing and the planes landing at the nearby airport are almost not to be heard. The location is within walking distance to at least two supermarkets and the train station in Zamudio.
