The facilities are great but the water in the pool and water park was too cold, even in the afternoons when the sun is at its peak. I would highly recommend heating up the water.

Amazing staff, very friendly and attentive. The rooms are very comfortable and the food, especially the local food is so delicious. The breakfast is also good. Loved that it was so close to the airport, free transfer provided.

We liked everything about this property the room was amazing the restaurant was amazing the room service was amazing at any time you could order. The Manager of the hotel Desalegne was very helpful he helped us to connect with the Wi-Fi and among other things. Dave and Noel from the lounge were amazing always willing to help us for recommendations around the city a big shout out to them. The staff working in the restaurant were always happy same goes with the reception and cleaning lady.

Everything was perfect the staff was so helpful when my credit card didn’t work also when i asked to check out a little later it was no problem. I have been threaten like a king and everyone was giving his best to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend.

Great place with just what we needed for a short lay over. Great location! Transfers were appreciated to and from airport (even at middle night hours) and our driver was very nice. The lovely team member at reception made our entry and exit of hotel east and pleasant, and she was happy to assist us and making sure we were up early enough to make our early hours flight.
