It was a great time at Hayes Hotel. We travel to Addis since more than 13 years and already know the general kindness and hospitality of the Ethiopian people and staff in other hotels. The care from Tilahun, the night manager, has been fantastic. He was super careful and took care of us in our 2 stays!!!natanael the Waiter was great as well as habtamu who cooked for us super late! Great place to be close to the airport.

I have been thoroughly impressed with it so far.

I have been thoroughly impressed with it so far. Located a little southwest of Addis Ababa, the area is incredibly safe and well-maintained. The transportation is also convenient, with easy access to public transit and major roads. Overall, I'm very happy with my decision to stay here during my visit and would highly recommend this neighbourhood to others.
