Best place to view Northern lights. Unique Husky ride , and snow mobile tours. Winter sports like skiing , cross country , snow walking. Dreamy Winter Wonderland landscape ! Everything covered in snow is a picture perfect view . Stay in a Glass Igloo cabin to view Northern lights ( weather permitted) Renting a car is highly recommended , easy to get around even on an icy road . We used Alamo . Excellent car . Book all your tours in advance to avoid disappointment . Have fun and enjoy the cold . Be prepare to bring thermal clothing . We enjoyed watching the northern lights in the outskirts of the city ... Dont expect the colorful northern lights as you see it in the photos and videos in the Internet , mostly it will be in white color only... Ivalo Hotel club nord and northerlightsriders.fi arrange the best tours which we hired. They showed us the lights in the better places around Ivalo and inari...
